Great old ground, went there in 1979, just before Xmas, saints won 51 -0 v Workington, g'day from Melbourne

Even though im Australian its sad to see these grounds with such great rugby league history lost forever. A housing estate? 😢

Sounds like Leichardt Oval in Sydney. A dump really but Tigers home for 70 years and atmosphere unmatched.
