Maybe you are getting confused with Mario’s father Luigi. He could have been born in 1857. Also you mention the son having no interest in inheriting the business, so that only left one person, his daughter, Luisa. Just so you know, there was another daughter, too, Marina. First - they doesn't have at the end of 1800" a store of leather items and trucks but Mario Prada had an original, and completely out of legal store, of Couruosity Items not really easy to find in that period. In this shop, same placement of the actual boutique, you could find many Objects arriving from Africa Imported illegal because he was assigned there for Military service. The most precious item was the Skin of Elephant. Second - The King of Italy never seen a luggage produced by Fratelli Prada but an Hold Trunck exposed yes but Buyed from Them in a foreign country.
