- Bosch Washing Machine Dispenser Drawer Stuck and How to remove Bosch Washing Machine Dispenser Drawer.
If your Bosch Dispenser Drawer is stuck and you cannot remove it then it could be the Fabric softener level indicator has got jammed. In this video I will show you how to remove the stuck Bosch Washing Machine Detergent drawer, then we'll give the Dispenser drawer a good clean and clean inside the dispenser drawer area. This is on a Bosch Serie 4 washing machine but should be the same on the Bosch Serie 6 washing machine.

Lucky it didn’t.
* * * NOTE * * * Very helpful video but please note that when removing the fascia plate, and pulling the clips towards you, you have to push your finger tips up about 2cm (about 3/4") from the end/edge of the 'clip' and only then pull the clips towards you - if instead you just pull towards you the first part of the 'clip' that your finger tips can feel you aren't actually operating the clip and it won't work and you might break it. The clips themselves move quite easily so if you are experiencing some resistance you are probably pulling on the wrong part of the clip and you need to move your finger tips up by 2cm to actually press on the clip itself - I hope that makes sense...

Thank you for this! The washing machine of the flat I moved into had this exact problem and everywhere else I’ve searched has said the only option was to brute force it open and pay anything from £30-100 to replace the drawer!! A lifesaver 🙏🏽

I have the newer series 4 so the jet is in the way but I used a folk to get to the other side to push the button down, and then used the knife for the rest of the way, worked a treat! Thank you very much, this video has been a life saver (:

Absolutely brilliant, thanks Lurgs!! I had taken out the unit to clean it, put the blue fabric level indicator back in wrong way round so that whole unit would not open after I stupidly forced it back in again. But your advice worked a treat. Top man...& Daisy!! 😇

This helped me a lot! Thank you so much. When I eventually succeeded at opening the drawer, I noticed my wife had placed that blue mobile thing in the opposite direction (rear was at front) and so it was blocking and I could not access the blue moving bit. I use a thin blade to press on the blue part on the side. If that helps...

After the softener is dispensed, there is always a bit of water left in it. Is it ok to clean the drawer everyday to ensure that water is not left ?
Yes that’s normal to have some water residue left. You can leave drawer ajar and drum door open after a wash to help with ventilation.

But I am not able to move the blue thingy in the middle compartment.. I tried to push it down but it won't budge.. as a result the drawer is still stuck..
Any suggestions?
How odd, maybe it has not been put back in properly. Wiggle he whole unit about and push blue button as well and hopefully it will move

Hi, Ive got a stuck drawer on a serie 4. Ive tried to move the two tabs forwards as you suggested but they are very stiff and thus far, I have been unable to get the face off. Any more thoughts please? Thanks David

What about a Bosch MAXX .. can't get the detergent draw out .. help please. Bought it second hand. Washes well but didpenser drawer looks juck.
I'm guessing it's different to this version then? Not sure I'm afraid. It should remove easily unless something has broken
