This Hermitcraft Song covers Grian and Scar's (or Poultry Man and Hot Guy's) experiences with the GOAT! As of writing this HC 9 song, Grian and Scar were yet to form their alliance with Mumbo Jumbo and become The Buttercups.

When Scar, Impulse, and Gem visited Grian to get him to make the back of Dwayne, Grian went to the tunnel bore to procrastinate. Scar then joined him, causing the incident.
before anyone says mumbo is a cause too because of his joining, he only joined because his door was blown up

Eh... He said that, but he then caused the diamond pillar race, that lead to the economic crisis that Ren became King to resolve. He also created the Rift, which brought in Grumbot and the Random Content Generator, which created the Resistance against Ren (Impulse used it to create the party).
Every major conflict of this season, aside from the museum wars, has its cause linked with Grian in some way.
Such is the power of Grian, and Hermitcraft benefits from having him as their member.

edit: Idk why but the line "I've made mistakes before (always forgiven)" I just love it? Like it's so true for Grian. He ALWAYS initiates wars, and he's always forgiven for it. Hell this is still the same season where he tried not to resist against Ren but look at him now- truly bored and starting a war
Facts
I liked the lines "summon an army by saying his name, infinite ammo from miles away", always appreciate a little nod to the hive mind. Clearly I'm siding with Doc on this, so far he's been WAY to nice. Grian must learn that perfect chaos can only manifest trough perfect order, and he must also learn what happens when a chicken angers a dragon. Honestly though, if not for Ren that dragon egg prank wouldn't have been half as bad, so maybe it's worse to anger the dog in this instance lol.
@@daniel4647 oh yeah I really appreciated the nod to the hive mind- it's a good detail to the overall story. Like we all want to know just how far Doc can _really_ go, including the hermits
@@daniel4647 but where's the fun in that, maybe if he just let it slide the revenge he took out o. Grian harmed mumbo and that is u justified, the order in doc, is not order. Order doesn't exist and can't be maintained without it being severely poked
Quite a choblesome composition if i do say do myself.
Also i love the constant usage of using an acpella in the background of the end of all of your songs. Its kinda like a signature at this point.

Edit 1: First I gotta say that the first "watched everything EXPLODE" is amazing. Really caught me off guard the first time, it's so epic.
Edit 2: 0:18 - 0:39 and 1:19 - 1:40 gotta be my favorite parts of the song, although the rest is amazing too. The melody is amazing and the lyrics is really clever!! Can you guess what I'm gonna listen to the rest of the day?

The thing I love so much about Gideon is that he is always trying new things. The vocals are so interesting especially with the “watched everything explode” lone. The first time I listened to it I was like “Woah!” And the start of the second verse (after the first chorus) the line “Don’t know how to mend these electric connections” is just so good. The music, melody and lyrics flow together so well. Not to mention how in depth the lyrics for every song is in relation to the SMP it pulls from. Gideon is a such a unique and underrated creator. Please continue to make more of these amazing creations!
I am in love with these fan songs! I remember reading before that we could bring up ideas, so here's something: BDubs is an instigator and worked pretty much the same as Scar's (S7) and Ren's (S9) left-hand man. His character was often using the background power he had, and I think there are some interesting points with that there that could be worked with. It's just an idea though!

I honestly think there is gonna be second civil war on the hermitcraft server as this one is showing more signs every day that it’s not the normal prank war but something more severe as Doc is taking things a bit too far(example being blowing up an innocent party’s door(mumbo) and having ren help put what looks like several stacks of dragon eggs around grian’s, mumbo’s, and Scar’s base. Does any one agree with me
