You should have seen the performance in Denver of this part...so powerful..you see the starry night and then all these pieces of light come together to form a massive lions face - it is an incredible effect!..i can't find these same effects in any other video of this song..you really need to see the Broadway Play I guess to see it! It is beyond amazing!
I was about to cry. All of the emotions. And that moment where it felt young Silva understood what he was saying even a little bit and hugs his father. It’s so touching.
I too was amazed with the lion king Auckland Show. I went 3 times. Your voice has a deep richness to it as it was with James Earl Jones. I have watched other performances on YT in all languages and yours stands out.
They live in you is my favourite moment and song in the show. Its gorgeous and beautiful and your voice is amazing. One of the best performances I've ever seen.
Night And the spirit of life calling Mamela (Chorus) And a voice With the fear of a child asking Mamela (Chorus) (Chorus) Wait There's no mountain too great Hear these words and have faith Have faith (Chorus) They live in you They live in me They're watching over Everything we see In every creature In every star In your reflection They live in you They live in you They live in me They're watching over Everything we see In every creature In every star In your reflection They live in you
Amazing performance. I saw this in Auckland a while ago, and it was THE best musical I've ever seen. And your performance and sing was definitely one of highlights. I've always loved The Lion King (I grew up with both The Lion King, and The Lion King 2), and you did a spectacular job at bringing Mufasa to life.
Seen the show Tuesday night here in Auckland NZ, your voice had me ballin' my eyes out 😭 the way you sung it was beautiful I confess I grew up loving Simba's pride more than lion king so that was a special moment for me 💯
On the same page as you man. Went the weekend gone and it was nothing short of amazing. If the show came around again i would pay another $225 to watch #pridelands ✊
I watched the final show in NZ on Sunday with 5 girlfriends, all had tears in our eyes in alot of parts. Was like being in wānanga. Spreading the simple but ancient message of our oneness through song, words and dance. Huge privilege watching that show. Ngā mihi ki a koutou
I watched this in Hong Kong in 2020, right before the pandemic happened , and it was amazing!!! I watched it during my exams and I was really stressed at that time, but this musical really gave me strength to go on!!! I even made this the theme of my birthday month for my bullet journal! Thank you so so much for giving us such a beautiful and magical performance!!!
This performance is so very genuine and faithful to the original but has your own individual brand on it as well. Were you in the Perth cast at Burswood?
Awesome awesome awesome!! I would like to invite you for a cooperation. I would really like to produce this song as an Orchestral cover and maybe you would sing it? To improve your and mine portfolio?
Hey oh my jesus, what an act... Million dollar act n song

It's honor to see this show yesterday as it is tour until November 11th at National Arts Center in Ottawa, Ontario Canada.
That facial expression at the end...it's like Mufasa somehow knew that he wouldn't live to see Simba reach adulthood. (7/21/2021)
the chills I get when watching this. When I saw it live I teared up it's so beautiful. Take me back
Same that's why I'm here 😂
Parenthood ain't easy hey. In a moment of playfulness Mufasa had to deliver a big life lesson.
I had the privilege to act as Mufasa in a junior version of this 5-9 grades). One of the best moments of my life. Felt Mufasa’s emotions for myself
That's Great
I JUST GOT A BACKROUND HYENA 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
@@marieplays3081 it’s a fun role, trust it
SAME THERE IS NO WAY

I got to sit in the pit for one of the performances of the play. Legendary.

With the fear of a child asking

Wait
There's no mountain too great
Hear these words and have faith

I actually think this version of the song is way better than the version we hear in Lion King 2
The west end version in London is amazing ⭐
