Awesome! Thank you so much, our self propelled is working BETTER than when it was new which tells me it was broken since new! It's well worth what we paid for the vacuum cleaner NOW!

Great video, saved me at least $50 to change out the idler arm. I was able to get the thing apart enough from your video to get to it. Thanks!

Thanks for this video. It took me a few times rewatching this to realize what exactly was wrong with my actualator arm. Turns out the plastic around the screw was completely broken off. So whenever I pulled up there was nothing there for the screw to catch on. Now I have to order a new arm but it's a pretty cheap part. Thanks again. The on off switch for the self propel is messed up but I hope that starts working when I replace the arm.

Thanks much. I needed to repair the broken arm and was stuck on getting the top off. Would not have spotted those 2 tabs without your video.

Nice job. It was the cable that I had to replace, but your video showed me how to access it; then I found the arm was also broken (and just ordered it from your site). Thanks.

your video helped.... also the on/off switch stopped working i taped around the plastic arm inside the handle that activate it.. giving it more traction to flip the toggle switch on/off.

Thanks for the video. Not sure I understand what was broken that prevents movement. Also, just a thought... have a buddy run the camera for you so he can zoom/pan while you work. Faster video, easier to watch! Good job on closeups though... that helps a ton!

@calebschmalzvacuums Thanks for watching our videos, we definitely do carry Simplicity Type B bags, unfortunately TH-cam won't allow us to post links here, but if you click on the link above in the description, then in the top right corner search Simplicity Type B bags, you'll find them. Thanks again for watching our videos! - Govacuum

To shaky a video. Doesn't seem to sure what is next.
