Wow!!! The whole video was amazing (as expected) but I seriously feel as though at the last part, as you talked to the lady about seeing her ex husband in her dreams, you were talking to me as well. I constantly dreamt about a guy I dated for almost a year who I experienced narcissistic abuse with (psychological). For a full Three months after breaking up with him, I would constantly see him in my dreams. I even dreamed that I grabbed him by the collar of his shirt and screamed in his face to leave me the hell alone lol. But he kept showing up. Night after night. Dream after dream. Until one day, I sat back and did some meditating and saw a vision of him as a little boy standing alone with scars all over his arms. Crying and saying that he was hurt and afraid. He started walking towards me with his arms outstretched, tears all over his face but before he got within two feet of where I was standing, this gigantic woman stormed up behind him and snatched him up by the arm screaming at him in some foreign language. She dragged him away into a tunnel of darkness as he tried to fight his way out of her grasp. I immediately felt compassion for him and realized that the pain he put me through was only a reflection of what he has probably already experienced earlier in life but can't let go of. So I stopped being angry about him showing up in my dreams and started greeting him every time he popped up with a smile, a wave, and a thankyou. He eventually disappeared and I've been able to sleep more peacefully since. Not only that, whenever I see somebody like him (arrogant, narcissistic, negative, etc) I know now to treat them with compassion and understanding and that their negative behavior doesn't have to affect me unless I let it.

So, this teaching is absolutely correct. Fragmented parts of the psyche are the entities, aspects of self that need recognition and show up. I love this. Its all really self referral. I think the ego likes to make it about something "out there" and create this fear and all that. Another great teaching and video thank you.

Standing up is so fantastic. I love it! Letting that energy flow through :) I’m at 14:42 and already so grateful you shared this with you tube. I came to the conclusion just a day or two ago that the true entity is indeed the ego. We create, heaven and/or hell. We are truly powerful beings.

I have been practicing to be opened and totally excepting these "entities" for several years now (if they appear). It works perfectly. It requires not to be scared of horrible images and not to be afraid of freezing energy which goes with them. In fact after a time it is fun. The trick is to accept it totally and feel and enjoy these icy energies. It will never poses you, exactly as Matt says. Then you realize that you are governing your freedom, nothing else.

This was wonderful and confirms what I always thought already about entities. That they are supressed aspects of ourselves. Had sleep paralysis 3 times with horrible attacks and ot was alwqys when I was totally stressed.

Yay, a new Matt Kahn video! I've got to say, after watching your fabulous videos for quite a while now, this is the first time that I can remember disagreeing with you. I believe Reptilians, grey aliens, negative implants, mind control programming and yes, entity attachments, do indeed exist, and I'm not sure it does us the best good to deny it. Knowledge is power, is what I believe, whether it's about "negative" stuff or whether it's about how wonderfully powerful we are as humans.
