      Holeman said they didn't DNA test a hair found in Abby's hand because it was a female hair, and he didn't have a female suspect. This statement is very telling because the hair was found when they recovered the bodies in 2017. You don't have to be an experienced investigator to know evidence leads you to a suspect, not the other way around. IMO, this was never an investigation to find the killer. It was a 5 year mission to find a fall guy to pin the crime on.

      @@MegaTinni Exactly. Idk how people can’t think he’s the guy. All the puzzle pieces fit: Allen, by his own admission, admits to being there that day, at the time of the murders, wearing the exact same clothes that BG was wearing in the video. Multiple people saw him there.
      He also happens to own the same caliber gun as the caliber found at the scene.
      He’s also been to that place many times in the past & lives within 1mi of the location. And his phone pinged in the area at the time of the murders, & left after them.
      He also injected himself into the investigation early on & used the “hiding in plain sight” concept in every aspect of this case. On top of all of that, he also confessed to the murders & his gun matches the shell imprints found at the scene.
      Just cuz they might not be able to prove this, doesn’t me he didn’t do it. Cuz he did. It was a crime of passion & a “right place at the right time” randomized motive. It was all methodical & dreamed of prior. He’s essentially using the OJ defense here: “I’m being framed because I’ve been so honest & up front about everything, despite the direct evidence & incredible circumstantial evidence; none of which I can explain why it all points to me.. but trust me, I didn’t do this.”
      All that being said, the local police 100% fucked this case up & are completely incompetent. But again, that doesn’t mean he’s not the guy.

    • @IngoWolf-q8z
      @IngoWolf-q8z 2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      It's really sad how very few things you know about this case.
      Par example;
      - Allan said he was on the trails from 12-13.30. LE claims he was there from 13.30-15.30. "We have his recorded statement, but sorry, we lost it,".
      - They asked him about the clothes 5 1/2 years after the murders. His answer: "Probably jeans and a black or blue jacket, like every day."
      No witness identified Richard Allan. The Bullet? The expert said that his gun matches the bullet but she could not exclude one other gun she's tested. The only thing left are the confessions, if he told something only the murderer could know, he's toast. He started to confess after 5 months of isolation and after they changed his medication. He confessed he strangled, stabbed and shot the girls. He killed his grandchildren (has none) and comitted numerous murders that never happened. His lawyers fought succesful to stop his medication, no confessions since than.
      I have reasonable doubt they have a case.@@RyanAnthonyDigitalMedia

      @thispatriotknowsbest9945 2 หลายเดือนก่อน +16

      @@RyanAnthonyDigitalMedia Scary to see people like you in on juries... But let's pick apart your points one by one.
      1- "Allen, by his own admission, admits to being there that day, at the time of the murders, wearing the exact same clothes that BG was wearing in the video. Multiple people saw him there."
      Not one witness has pointed to Allen and said he is the guy. The prosecution is too afraid to ask the obvious question - Is the man you saw on the trail that day in this court room? Not one time has that been asked. As far as him admitting to being on the trail - I guess if I am walking through a park and someone gets killed on the other end - I must be guilty, because I was in the park. And the video of the guy on the bridge fits Ron Logan more than anything. There are side by side video comparisons of him walking his dog with the same limp, hand in pocket, and looking down with hat on features. And, the girls were killed next to his property.
      2 - "He also happens to own the same caliber gun as the caliber found at the scene."
      As does most people that own a gun in that town. The most common caliber. It is like saying he is the only person that owns a steak knife. Also, there were 7 guns pulled out of the creek during the investigation. And none of those guns were tested. Also, it took the analyst 7 times to rack the gun before she got a "similar" marking that matched his gun. And only his gun was tested.
      3 - "He’s also been to that place many times in the past & lives within 1mi of the location. And his phone pinged in the area at the time of the murders, & left after them."
      I live right next to a trail, been walking it for 40 years. Doesn't make me guilty of any crime that happened on that trail. Of course his phone pinged the area - he was there. Doesn't mean he murdered anyone. By the way - Ron Logans phone pinged there too.
      4 - "He also injected himself into the investigation early on & used the “hiding in plain sight” concept in every aspect of this case"
      Ridiculous. Many people on the trail that day came forward and provided information they were on the trail because police asked and put flyers out asking for info.
      5 - "On top of all of that, he also confessed to the murders"
      After spending months in solitary confinement, he started banging his head against the cell walls, and it is documented he was eating his own feces. It was around this time he starts talking to his wife and telling her he don't care anymore and admitting to "shooting" the girls. At that point nobody, including Allen, knew how the girls died. False confession under duress. Yes, that is a concept as well, since you like to quote concepts.

      You don't think he did it because you "think" without educating yourself first about the case. Well that, and maybe because you're a little dumb perhaps. Here, I educate you on this case:
      (1) CONFESSION Richard Allen confessed 61 times to the murders, and his wife even said, “Stop Talking!” Most importantly, he confessed the killings in writing. The prosecution presented the letter that Richard Allen wrote confessing to them. "I'm ready to officially confess for killing Abby and Libby, he wrote. "I hope I have the opportunity to tell the families I'm sorry", concluded.
      (2) PICTURE: When you zoom the face of bridge guy, the face of Richard Allen is unmistakable. It’s really impossible to deny it is him. Impossible to deny is him. That guy in the bridge is 1000 percent Richard Allen. So, Libby herself solved this case by bravery taking that photo of this monster.
      (3) BULLET: Third, the unspent bullet found at the crime scene that had been cycled through a gun owned by Richard Allen.
      (4) DETAILS ONLY THE KILLER WOULD KNOW: Richard Allen have said details about Libby and Abby's murders that only the killer would know, like the boxcutter.
      (5) EYE WITNESS: The eye witness that saw Richard Allen leaving the area with the same cloth as bridge guy, covered in blood and mud.
      (6) CONCIOUSNESS OF GUILT: Is a powerful and highly incriminating inference. Richard Allen went to tell investigators that he was at the bridge that day around the time of the murders because he knew people saw him there. This is consciousness of guilt by classic definition. The conduct after the crime is circumstantial (indirect) evidence that the defendant intended to commit the crime, or, in fact, committed the crime. Another consciousness of guilt by Richard Allen is that he made free photocopies of the flyers at his CVS during the search phase. Some of the most common types of consciousness of guilt are: • Fleeing from the crime scene or jurisdiction • False statements and lies • False alibi • Changing name or personal appearance • Concealing or destroying evidence (including a body or weapon) • Witness intimidation or bribery • Staging
      (7) He placed himself at the bridge that day around the time of the murders wearing the same clothes as the bridge guy.
      (8) PHONES: He had 23 phones, but the phone he was supposedly carrying during his murders is missing.

But the County which it was a county matter since it happened outside of town limits does have investigators that have training, and did have State and FBI involved and it still turned out jacked up. But ultimately i think they have the right guy..they managed to misfile his stuff for 5 years somehow. I wish they had DNA. Im actually shocked they dont. Dead skin cells under fingernails something. But he is BG, pictures of him even though hes looking down you can tell its him if you saw pics from 7 years ago..They filmed him not some other guy him. Hell he admitted he did it several times on a phone call, and a written letter of intent to confess to the warden..He wasnt forced to make these confessions, Guards arent saying your gonna eat stale toast and water till you fess up lol. His guilt got the best of him and he decided to come clean. Id love to see a lie detector test administered even though i think they are inadmissable in court. Id love to find out where that phone he had that day is too..considering he had 15 others conficasted from his home but cant find that one.

      @@BrandyinIndy - Yes, RA self reported at the request of Law Enforcement public plea if any body was in the area, the park, etc, to come forward. So, RA did just that a day after the bodies found. However, I did find it curious the female witness who supposedly witnessed a bloody, muddy, male walking down a road by the crime scene waited 3 weeks to tell her story to Law Enforcement. And she only did so when LE had set up a stop station asking park goers if they had seen anything on Feb 13th, (which was 3 weeks before).

    So there was another guy on the bridge wearing the same clothes that RA identified himself as wearing that day: a blue jacket, jeans, and a hat? Because THAT guy, based on the video, appeared to have a gun in his pocket. Unless there was another guy on the other side of the bridge who is actually the suspect, which seems unlikely. Still a lot of reasonable doubt in the State’s case though IMO due, in large part, to the shoddy investigation.

      Out of 50,000 tips no one pointed to Richard Allen. There was only one tip that mentioned Richard Allen's name, when he said that he was there himself. I believe he was trying to be a good citizen and help the investigation and unfortunately that screwed him over. And let's keep in mind that in the police files he was CLEARED of any wrongdoing. There are several men from that area who have very disturbing criminal records and involving children, especially Keegan Kline. There is a mountain of evidence pointing at other people being involved. And that's why that crooked judge wouldn't allow that evidence in, there's no way you could dismiss it in court. Everyone in the court would immediately know that Allan is not the right person. The FBI and his former attorney believes that Odinism is involved and I 100% agree.
