  • The standard install of the 2nd Petsfang 3d print. I learned alot from my first print, so now for the best print.... take two. I printed this at 0.2 layer heights with 50% infill, all supports over hang 70%, build speed 60, supports only from build plate, as per the PDF off of thingiverse.
    thanks for watching.

I bought a leather patch from you a few years ago and have been following you on Instagram since. I'm glad you have a TH-cam channel now with the same printer as me. I'm currently printing the bulleye now as I didn't like the version of the Hero Me duct I had.

Very helpful video. Just finished printing the bullseye for my tevo tornado for an E3D v6 upgrade. Since the tornado was now working unprinted the entire bullseye with an Elegoo Mars and it came out really nice. Can't wait to get it all back together.

Thanks for the LED mount, I used a Neopixel STICK, RGB, and I'm hoping to use it in future to take advantage or Marlin now having neopixel temp light colour changes. For now it's just white. Resistor and cap added as advised by Adafruit.

Interesting video. Greetings from Belgium 🇧🇪
I know nothing about electricity or electronics but the wiring and dimming of those LED lights look are something I would love to install. Just won’t know how to solder it all together. BTW I ordered my Ender 3 two weeks ago from GearBest for about $155 and a few extra dollars for the insured postage.
    I’lol keep following your channel.

You can use your wrench that came with the Ender as your adjustment tool for the height of the fan shroud. Just drop everything down to the plate then use the wrench as a height tool, from there tighten the shroud and you should be good to go. It just makes it easier than trying to hold everything up in the air.
Other than that very nice install video.

It's not even a probably, this is the best setup for stock fans. Easy, perfect air flow layout, esthetically cool, pretty solid design. Print it with support "touching baseplate" and "80 overhang". You can also add a plate to put whatever you want for the name to cover the bullseye logo. All in all this is the perfect setup. I think if there was 1 thing I wish was done differently, was if they made it so the nozzle was a little more visible. The petsfangs were cool cuz you could see pretty much everything but this could have put the nozzle a little bit more forward or the bullseye unit sit a little higher so the nozzle is easily seen. Otherwise this thing really is perfect......oh and the wire tower....cut it off it's useless lol

To WIlliam. don't let people complaing about the ums bother you (the music is annoying a little just because it does not "fit" the content but not a big deal)
if you "would like" to work on the um's just remember. try to be silent when you want to say um. trust me I know your brain whether you realize it or not is saying "silence silence bad have to say something" (which is why we say um) but trust me the silences is a second or two at most people won't even notice. no worries.
sometimes it helps to do a dry run of the video first and then record it the second time. I don't usually do this since IT IS a lot of work and you are providing this content FREE with no monetization just for the better of everyone else. Kudo's to you!
Speak outloud more. talk to yourself in the mirror. it will help you to be more conscious of when you say um and teach you to "just say nothing at all" instead of the ums.
I have a ton of videos and I STILL freaking say UM now and then. its a hard habit to break :-)
Thank you for providing good useful content to people free of charge! I wish you success!

Your link for the Petsfang Bullseye has gone bad, it links to some unknown object. Any chance you could repost them to Thingiverse or shot me the new link. Stay well William, Cheers!

I took a CS101 course that said uh after every other word and banged my head on the desk after a week everytime it happened.
I got to be more disruptive.

I don't know why but the two holes for where the duct connects to the base is too large when I printed it. The M3's are too small.

Points and thumbs up for the camera angle and concise build. But come on, man, clean your fans!
