Homeowner STUNNED We UNCOVERED SIDEWALK While MOWING This CRAZY TALL GRASS YARD

- While mowing this very tall grass we uncovered a sidewalk that runs from the back gate all the way to the front curb. It is a sidewalk made out of red brick and looked very cool when we were finished. Afterwards I sent some pics to the family and they were stunned at the sidewalk. This was a great transformation from start to finish.

i had do that kinda work too wich sucked wich im kinda wished i had a machine with a snow plow blade or bucket to scrape sods off sidewalks

I love that you’re helping that lady out more, I’m sure with the loss of her father she’s overwhelmed with everything. Plus it makes for some good videos! I’m sure that the neighbors appreciate it too, it looks much better and is no longer a haven for rodents and insects.
Neighbors need to get off their ass and help out. That yard is so small, it would take 10 min to mow it.

The gentleman that passed away owned several properties
But maintaining them was difficult as it seems.
Such a shame that they are neglected and empty while so many people need a home.
Hopefully his children either renovate and rent them out ore sell them

Perhaps they will sign a contract for you to be the service to maintain the landscapes once they are in position
Nice job! The only thing I would have done different is used that dirt and grass off of sidewalk to fill in monster mud hole. Being so busy at the time you probably hadn't thought of that. That brick sidewalk looks awesome. That property needs a lot of work it looks like.

They're probably rental properties, so they don't have to be livable or anything like that.
LOVE THE REMAKE OF THIS ADORABLE LITTLE HOUSE. They have a wonderful neighbor that up keeps his house next door so nicely. Its wonderful.

The house that I spent the most time in had several hidden brick sidewalks. The landlord discovered the one by the street. It was in perfect condition. I "found" 2 other sidewalks, but because of tree roots, they were not in good condition. And there was at least 1 other brick sidewalk.
Wow! Those before and after views are incredible. It still amazes me just much difference a decent mow & edging can make to the overall appearance of any property. This is so true here. I'm sure the owners are grateful for all of your help. Hopefully, they'll be able to get renters back in there soon and your improvement to curb appeal will certainly be helpful. Yeah it sounds like he was doing most of this on his own, I think the family is trying to get a handle on everything before looking into a sale of the estate. Hopefully our bits of yardwork Will help make that process easier. Always appreciate Patti

Glad you are helping that overwhelmed family. Be nice to see these homes "back in service" and helping people with good housing. Interesting surprise to find that whole sidewalk. The end of that, buried under boards, made me laugh. Overall, that was a pretty spectacular renewal. The final pictures and discoveries, as the fire pit and log to sit and enjoy it, are nice.

You do a great job! My natural inclination would be to throw out all the "stuff" laying in the yard or up against the house , tear down any derelict sheds or random fence panels . After all the work you do it just seems appropriate , I've always hated junk in the yard. I understand this would be unreasonable.
