In societies or sections of societies where child marriage is still widely practiced and accepted, and significantly influences individual behaviors and societal structures, it can be considered a social fact.
The key is that a social fact, according to Durkheim, has coercive power over individuals irrespective of their personal beliefs or desires.
As for the term "social current," this generally refers to less enduring, often more volatile patterns of social behavior that can influence societal trends for a period of time.
If the practice of child marriage is followed only by a few and is not accepted as a societal norm, it might be more appropriate to describe it as a social current within those specific communities rather than a social fact for the whole society.
But again, the specific classification may depend on the specific social, cultural, and temporal context.
