  • Its Christmas time:
    Stay active over the festive period and give this 12 days of Christmas inspired workout
    The goal is to maintain a focus on safe, low-impact, and injury-preventative exercises
    1: 1 minute Plank
    2: 2 Burpees
    3: 3 Tuck Jumps
    4: 4 Shoulder Lateral Raises
    5: 5 Squat Jumps
    6: 6 Mountain climbers
    7: 7 Standing Side bends
    8: 8 side lying leg raise
    9: 9 Crunches
    10: 10 second single leg stand (make sure to do both sides)
    11: Calf Raises
    12: 12 Russian Twists
