His voice and music are sooo unique but I truly believe that he wasn’t famous only because of his music and dancing, there’s something else about him that made people love him , I don’t know how to describe this but maybe the joy he brings to the audience his smile or childlike personality ?!! I love Taylor she’s my generation I know the music industry wants to make her look close to Michael but she’s nowhere near him she can get as much awards as she can but no this guy was different! Touched by God literally.
People literally watch concerts through their mobile phones nowadays instead of enjoying the concert. Then do nothing with the video at the end except share it to a reel lmao. There's people wouldn't last 5 minutes In a real concert. But anyways MJ was awesome here. Just another gig for him

I actually think this is an underrated performance for the reasons mentioned by you guys. Most of his biggest hits, he didn’t sing. Heal the World and the audience holding up the art was a flex. Standing still for over a minute was a massive flex. Putting a message in the performance and people not understanding that they are hearing a message is a huge flex. More MJ!
It’s amazing watching him perform when he’s got the headset mic on and he constantly adjusts it. He knows how it’s supposed to be for great sound and makes sure it’s in the right spot. Also the way he will stand there and the song starts when he’s ready and not when the musicians are ready. I saw that in the “This is It” documentary. The musicians would try to anticipate when he would start and he’d have to remind them to not start until he made the move. He changed the way music videos are done. He showed artists that they can be a short film. Going to his concerts you knew what you were going to get cause he wanted his songs to sound like you grabbed an album. 10:18 also it’s Michael Jackson. To be able to say you were part of Michael Jackson’s halftime show would be awesome to have in your history. 12:53 his message was always to love each other and take care of Mother Earth.
