If Beagle death really a trigger for possibly 5* A1 reserve team, then let it be. We can just ask Dusk to draw Beagle hometown, make her live in there like Dawn so everyone can be happy.

Personally, I think the dream was in fact Kroos past, because she mentions some sort of familiarity and dread towards what happened.
However, and considering this event centers around a future version of Lava (and by extension Kroos), is safe to say this is still a future event for us.
Also, during the event, Nian mentions what her plan is to be at Rhodes: to change the fate of her and her siblings (to merge into an ever more powerful being and bring destruction to Yen), because she believes Rhodes has an individual capable of "changing fate", aka the Dokutah.
So, I presume that, eventually, when the time comes we arrive at Bolivar, we will do something to either stop or try to avoid the events that would happen to Beagle. Of course, it is still into the future (both in game and in real life), so all I can do is leave this theory here and see how it goes in the end.
Agreed and with chapter 9 being in Victoria it might be sooner than we think.
so you assume bcs it's the future for us our time point then it's possible to not happen? this is not like skadi the corrupted tho when it's like atrie bad ending for terra but still a possibility, but this is already happened. just bcs we aren't there to witness it doesn't mean it couldn't be fixed future
@@hermanwillem7057 well yeah you right for the fact that it's already happened but we doesn't know much about the detail of said past and there's a chance that what kroos saw was just a misunderstanding as we all know how much hypergryph loves plotwist. Just keep this in mind that we only saw it on kroos perspective. Only Kross. For me at least, I don't wanna believe everything fully based on one perspective.
When Beagle showed up in the WR training mission teaching you about element affinity, she was deployed with her face hidden from the player.

I'm more interested in what Dobermann has to say since she has first hand experience with the absolute mess Bolivar is in and Fang and Beagle were her students
I mean there's another theory I heard about which is that Beagle's final test could very well have been done by the person that would have tested her so many times before on Rhodes Island.
The theory justifies this by mentioning how Dobermann has said before that she would one day return to Bolivar since her roots were there. It would also make sense for her to be who Beagle is confronting in her skin's quote since she was part of 2 of the groups in conflict that are there before joining Rhodes Island.

@@redkun5 A ton of operators have severe Oripathy and are likely going to die from it in a fairly short time. Short enough that some of them are in "will still probably die if a cure was found today" territory. Eyja is one of them.
@@veraducks I know that they have severe oripathy BUT NOWHERE in the files it is stated that she is going to die soon especially considering that the very same files are stating she is getting lots of heavy treatment

The part when you described Mountain's skin somehow hit hard. That each operator we know are each on their own journey and that their paths will separate along the way. The way they presented the future as vaguely as possible really adds to the nuance and successfully messes with my heart who's not good with goodbyes.

For what it's worth, one of Mountain's quotes if you make him your secretary has him tell the Doctor that someday he'll leave Rhodes Island to conquer Mansfield Jail, but he'd like the Doctor to come visit him after he does, or something like that.
Most operators "goodbyes" are honestly just "see you some day"....
they stay at Rhodes for some time but they have their own journey and interests, but that will never stop us from visiting them, or them from visiting us for that matter...it's just how life goes...makes arknights that much of a great game
I always got the hunch that Fang and Beagle aren't that close like Kroos with both of them. But seems impossible for Fang to hate Beagle and vice versa, maybe they just got caught by inevitable situation.

Chapter 9 in Cn server is coming so can't say for sure who would get dragged in to join status pending stamps.
I mean, first chapter of the game is literally you knowing Talulah is almost too overpowered and had killed a side character that can be considered a pullable units.

I'd like to side with Qaiser's theory on this one, Fang was absolutely abused by her own country folks so why would she defend them? Meanwhile, Ms. Dobermann is a colonel in Columbia (and if I remember it correctly, she mentioned that she might need to go back to the country she serves someday). Familiar face doesn't always pertain to someone very close to Beagle, but recognizable enough, plus the term test sounds plausible when Beagle is pitted against her own instructor. Credits to Qaiser-san for this one.

We really need an event were all of team A1 gets a 5-star alter. Imagine all of them were available for free but you had to do some really hard stages for each of them and be rewarded with the story of how they began and how strong they are now.

Update for those first watching the video: From what lore we've gathered, turns out its not any of the girls as we had guessed. It was friendly fire from Kroos. While it is implied at the very least Beagle was or is heavily injured, if not outright dead at this point . Fang just so happens to be a red herring and implied witness in all of this as theres nothing at the moment that has any involvement of her in said battle. ALOT of lore and more story was gleamed from Kroos Alter's story files.
it can't be Fang. didn't the army she served with Beagle and Kroos basically kicked them out when they got infected? Fang wouldn't go back because one, she's had a bad history with the Columbian army, and two, it's highly likely she won't be accepted back, anyway due to her infection, the first reason she left.

I think beagle is just horribly injured probably being kept alive with all the effort RI can muster it's more sad then outright death because it has hope and that hope is something that will eat you up

Remember that the Victoria Arc takes place in 1098 with the Sui Siblings Arc taking place in 1102

i think beagle is in a bad condition after the war which is what makes me think fang as their captain and friend worry about beagle and blame herself for not be a good friend who protect and care about others and end up between leaving rhode or won't meet up with only the reserve a1 since she see beagle condition is her fault

Since the bad dreams were distorted fictions I'm pretty sure Beagle indeed had an "accident" but managed to get the good ending but being a bad dream Kroos's past was altered to give Beagle the bad ending... Kroos really cares for her former teammates so losing them would be painful enough in Dusk's mind... and Beagle's character is kinda the "nerd" type and in some of her dialogues are related to "tests" so her military skin refers to the character herself, not that much in actual lore (I mean there could be a connection but I feel people are forcing it)
it's not really a bad dream why ppl thinking it's a bad dream. it's obvious from kroos and lava interactions at the village before the dream even happen, that when they mentioned something something that change their behavior all the moods go sour, if something bad didn't happen to someone they're close with it won't be that sour. it's really kia or mia no in between, it's not just a dream its about a past. maybe read lava purgatory operators file for more insight

Beagle got sucked to wormhole and landing on Teyvat, meeting Barbatos and Morax having drink in Dawn Winery.
No way, beagle and fang has close relationship... Even in operator record they are close like siblings.
In a sense, whatever happened between them wouldn't happen as long as they serve under the banner of RI, as it is implied that the Doctor is keeping all these operators with conflicting world views and relationships together working towards the same goals. The files come from Lava alter so it is hard to argue whether this is canon in the main timeline or not.
Maybe she went MIA after some sort of incident? Not a lot of evidence but just a thought.
