Fall out boy’s label used to give them shit for having really long song titles, they used to be quite lengthy. So they took out the vowels as a screw you to their label.
Fall out Boys have some of the craziest and most awesome song titles ever. My favourites titles being “I slept with someone in the Fall out boys, and all I got was this stupid song written about me” ; “Our lawyer made us change the name of this song so we wouldn’t get sued” and “Champaign for my real friends, real pain for my shame friends”
I love these songs! You got the last one wrong tho, it’s “real pain for my sham friends”- a play on Champaign and the word sham/fake which I didn’t even realise until this year 🤦🏾♀️🤦🏾♀️🤦🏾♀️🤦🏾♀️

Fall out Boy is severely underrated. From their style to their lyrics and song titles. They don’t get enough recognition for the sheer raw talent of this band. And they’re amazing live as well. They put on a GREAT show.
Fun fact: the video for this song was meant to be a subtle "Fuck you" to Fall Out Boy's first record company before they signed a contract with their current company
They wrote the song title this way because the label or producers were complaining about their long song titles. Their solution was to take out all of the vowels.

Fall Out Boy has been a major part of my life since 2005, so you have no idea how insanely happy it made me to see this video, and that you loved this video and song so much! If you'd like to review more of their music, I would HIGHLY recommend "Dance, Dance", or "Sugar We're Going Down", but if you want more soulful, "Heaven's Gate" would be it!
This song is a classic and there's so many little random facts about it people don't know. The reason the song title is written without vows is due to their previous album song titles. On the album before this song was released all their song titles were extremely long and their record label asked them to shorten then song titles. In response FOB disemvowelled their song title to really shorten the title like asked, but did it this way out of spite. I would like to recommend CREED- MY SACRAFICE. This band was very popular in the 90s and have alot of number 1 songs. MY SACRAFICE probably being their biggest and most well known song. Alot of airplay on Top 40 radio. Lead singer has a great voice. Thanks in advance Twins!!
Great reaction, as usual! I would love to see you guys do some Collective Soul. They have a ton of great songs. You could start with their first big hit, "Shine". "December" and "The World I Know" were also big hits for them. All great songs!
Fall out boy used to have really long titles for their songs and apparently their lawyers told them they needed to shorten the titles of their songs and that’s why they took out the vowels.
Fall Out Boy is so much fun! They’re videos are crazy. I don’t know of any other band that does a video for every song on an album and when watched consecutively, it’s a mini movie (Save Rock and Roll album). They are in my top favorite for concerts that I have been to. Patrick Stump’s voice is ♥️
