70 9-Car Class 345 trains manufactured by Bombardier (now Acquired by Alstom) is probably enough to serve the Elizabeth Line plus with a possibility of 10-20 more Class 345s if the extension from Abbey Wood to Gravesend does get the go ahead.
I mean HS1 from London but Thames link does good service from Abbey Wood also southeastern from charing Cross to gravesend go back HS1 southeastern high speed trains from St pancas does very good service.
Alright, the naming of the Elizabeth line sucks. It makes it sound like a tubs when its not one, because "line" is assimilated to underground tube line, and this documentary fell for it. Apart from being an underground train (on parts of the route), the Elizabeth has little in common with a tube line, and has a lot in common with national rail services, even running on the same track, so it should just be called crossrail to avoid confusion. Unfortunately, the uk is stuck with an archaic monarchy and hence we get the Elizabeth line...
@@wisehat_yt well the main difference there is officially, its called the overground, and officially, there is no seperate name for the different lines...
I thought I was going to see a video about the Elizabeth line , but it turns out half the video is about shadow puppets ! WTH ??
So trains and shadow-puppets are linked together mysteriously... but we'll never know why!
1:20 Now that's what I call geekimg out ☺️ I envy him working with his most passionate interest
6:14 Editing mishap?
Looks like they are giving the train a.test run with no seats
lol they have to pay more attention to the editing
3:18 If anyone wonders why they just don't put one single door at every exit, Google "X40 door fail". The sheer weight made them fail
Someone didn't review this before it got uploaded! What do Indonesian puppets have to do with the Elizabeth Line?
How do we go from trains to puppets
1:26 He had a Racing Point tie!

WTF do shadow puppets have to do with the Elizabeth train? Please tell I am not the only one confused by this?
You're not 🤪
Great video. ☺️
To be fair, regenerative braking is very common on modern electric trains. I’d argue it’s more known for its use in trains than in racecars.
nice video!
Nice video.

Well, the Victoria Line still has that name. (Admittedly because it runs to Victoria Station, but same difference.)
