do you know that coco county is not 5 acre land. it is less. In front of this land they have green belt. just under this green belt there is some gas pipe center. it cant be removed . earlier this land was part of coco county. coco county is 4.5 acre land😅 . i am 100% sure that u dont know about it

So the sad reality is you will have to buy through brokers only. the best you could do is to talk to multiple dealers and see who is giving good deal. I would suggest first decide the facing and floor then try finalising.
