Absolutely agree. What ppl don't realize tht cement, steel, labour cost has shot up dramatically post covid. If ur normal car prices are 10-15 lacs then its normal for house prices also to increase. New age influencers have come up with nonsense theories. If u ask any old folks, they always say three things will go up roti, kapda aur makan. We all will do well to listen to age old wisdom frm seniors.

I have two requests
1. Please if possible make your another channel for equity investment or make a video for equity investment on monthly basis.
2. I am a original allotee of the yamuna expressway authority plots of 2009 scheme of there first scheme. I got allotment of yamuna expressway authority plot in sector -20 of 300 sqm which costs me total Rs 25 lakhs approx and I am still holding that plot. Till 2020 its rate is same Rs 25-27 lakhs but now with in 4 years/Today its price is 2 crores.
My question is
What is your opinion that the price of that plot after. 5/ 10 / 15 / 20 years.
