I have mivan and it is strictly mentioned by builder and engineers to avoid cutting mivan structure as building's load gets shared through entire mivan walls, but not sure how builder allowed you in your society.. it can damage entire structure.. this is one of the cons in Mivan..

You could have avoided cutting the kitchen wall. The reason it gives you lot of space is not true. It's just a 4 inch wall. Check that the beam above this wall is not damaged. The beam above this wall is critical. Also, doing false ceiling in all the rooms will reduce your floor to ceiling height so you might want to preserve some of it.

you made a good decision but Mivan construction has some disadvantages also one of them is you cant alter internal walls and even if somebody trying to do some drilling work on walls 2-3 floors below or above your floor you will hear the noise in your unit as noise travels across the floors.

Can you please give an idea on the amount range you paid and floor?

Be very careful with interior work. Things like false ceiling and drilling in walls should be done with extreme caution and in a professional manner with concrete walls in mivan buildings.

Bhai ji cover up all ur doors with some papers otherwise that POP & paints drop will leave the spots on it which is hard clean later...i am also from same society C tower & welcome to Coco..

do you know that coco county is not 5 acre land. it is less. In front of this land they have green belt. just under this green belt there is some gas pipe center. it cant be removed . earlier this land was part of coco county. coco county is 4.5 acre land😅 . i am 100% sure that u dont know about it

i heard from my senior. school are very expensive. only flats are cheap. my senior has two kids. he went for admission of his kid and was asked for 60 thousand as admission fees. this amount is acceptable and is common in all schools. but school fees is very high. almost all schools are charging 10k plus per month. in delhi or indrapuram, average fee in school is 6k. in delhi , mostly all schools have playground, games and all the activities. i dont understand y school fee in noida extension is high

i think nirala is best . far better then coco. . i have seen quality of nirala estate. it has similar quality. club is better then coco and very big. big playing ground. it has shopping mart next to it and is biggest advantage. you will miss it. it has multiple resturants..central Noida has some worst socities.onky location is best

Actual carpet is less than 60 sq m in coco county of 3 bhk flat with loading more than 40% .this is new type of scam is going on noida and greater noida where builder refuse to follow carpet area guidelines and able to sell small flats in name of mivan
