I'm an absolute fan of clone trooper phase II armor (can probably tell by my profile pic) and this costume catched my eye too. That guy could replace a CGI clone in episode III without anyone noticing.

Clone armor has to be certain. Which is nice because you can choose certain regiments and stuff but mando armor can be what you want it to be. That’s why I enjoy mando armor more than clone but clone armor is still one if my favorites. Edit: are we also not gunna mention those chrome freakin storm troopers?
I didnt even watch this because Im that big of a Star Wars fan (I am but still), I watched mainly to see all of these custom clone/storm trooper costumes all these people made. Each and every one was badass. And that costume contest they showed off with Wolverine Spartan troopers were amazing. I actually really admire those people.

I think that one Chewbacca costume is probably the coolest, just out of how unique it is. There's a ton of really awesome looking Mandalorian and clone armors, but only one Chewie.
***** I also really like the ARC Captain and ARC Trooper somewhere near the beginning, because the design had the cartoony/hand-drawn feel as if it were taken straight out of the 2003 Clone Wars microseries. I think the Shock Trooper and Captain Rex in your thumbnail look really well done too.

A lot of people make their own. There are some places you can buy more basic stuff like a Storm trooper costume (that actually looks good.)
You buy basic armor plates then, customize and cut and glue/put things where you want
