Tyrants can follow you inside safe zones because they're immune to uv light, and when they get inside, they're AI bugs out and they start running around until they die. Techland developed this mode for months but it's so underwelming, little hope that i had for dlc 2 is gone.
I love how I reached level 250 few weeks ago, starting to feel like immortal in the game then the Dev gave us Nightmare difficulty. Dang, feels like a kid again with the best strategy as "Ultimate Skill: Just Run"
barely any? i just started playing the game on normal and i see atleast 7-8 of them around the big church, everytime i step out i get instantly spotted,feels exactly like dl 1 except for the magic volatiles that randomly spawn infront of you
3:48:00 While i dont agree that the hp bar should be low, i personally like high hp bosses, i do agree on different animations and possibly environmental factors (not just more mobs spawn), for a boss to be considered good. I personally hate low hp, i cant not exploit dps in some way, but this one does need a different moveset at least, even a suboptimal one.
Techland aren’t competent enough nor willing to put the time and effort into making actual good boss design, so adding more HP to artificially increase “difficulty” is just lame and boring. I pretty much agree with what you said tho.
@@AussieGG Only Hp.. usually sucks. I just abhore no high hps due to how easy it is to manipulate dps in basically any game. It actually seems lazy rather than incompetence if you ask me.
I really hope they cook with DL3 and it scratches that itch, when I’m in my fking 30s if I still enjoy zombie games -_- Also, imo the starting area for DL2 IE the tutorial feels amazing, should’ve had wayyyyyyy more of that Maybe if they didn’t focus on half assing a gear system literally no1 asked for……..
I can’t believe they still not replaced the howler with a volatile. I suggested this currently in the community ideas. Hope they will do this….. looking forward to part 2 of your gameplay. Hoping that they will start a real chase in the prologue in future and replacing the howler with a volatile. It’s a big missed opportunity for a way cooler introduction. I also don’t get why the howler is no daytime enemy anymore. Add howlers at night between the volatiles to call for them or add them back to daytime techland.. What I don’t like about the nightmare update is the fact, that I can’t activate my hud elements even if I want. Even in Dark Souls or Elden Ring I can play with my hud. They should’ve implement some alternatives for the hud like a watch where you can see your immunity and the chase level ingame & you need to look on your watch by pressing a button. I also miss some substantial new things in nightmare and in the other difficulties what separates them more without making them annoying. I also don’t like that I can’t enable things like the level 5 chase on other difficulties in the menu. But we still have like 3 years left to make the game and the difficulties better and add more features up to the point where all people saying dl2 is a 9/10. The potential is still there. You said no game is perfect. Dead Space remake is an almost perfect game to me. There is nothing that wasn’t done right or could’ve been made better if you ask me.
Dead Space Remake’s aiming system doesn’t have the classic aim option of actual true sights with the lasers like in the original. Dead Space 2 has the option to switch between normal and classic aim styles, and the classic - while personally for me was harder to use - is more immersive. It’s hard to explain but maybe if you search it up there will be an explanation online about it. Also TK locks on / magnets objects towards enemies’ centre instead of their limbs if I try shooting their limbs off, unlike in Dead Space 2/3. It’s an issue that existed in the first Dead Space too. If I shoot a necro’s arm off, and then use TK to shoot the arm at the necro’s other arm, the game will just magnet / drag that projectile towards its center of mass instead. Annoying. But yeah I agree with everting you said in regard to DL2 lol.
I've been giving ideas to Techland before Pilgrim Outpost even existed. I also have given several suggestions on the Pilgrim Outpost site, one of which are the "repair weapons at Craftmasters" idea which is now in the game.
You seem to have ignored how I said in the stream that I give direct feedback to Techland and playtested numerous updates for them before they've come into the game, including the Nightmare update. I also have spoken directly to Tymon and other Techland developers and am part of the Techland Creators program where we routinely talk and give feedback. Complaints and criticisms helped the game get better via Community Updates, hotfixes and updates like the Gut Feeling and Good Night Good Luck updates. Dismissing criticism means that you're satisfied with the game as it was on launch and that you didn't want it to get better. Stop acting like this.

If people ask me if they should buy the game, I tell them what I think. I don't force things onto anyone, I tell them my opinion about buying the game if they ask for it. This update has a lot to desire but in my opinion isn’t that bad
Techland really has trouble finding middle grounds. First there are too many volatiles (to some players, at least) and now there's barely any.

The amount is ok i dont like how they instantly spawn a few in front of you when you step out the safezone
This game may not be perfect, but I had a lot of fun playing it.

I'll just come out and say it; I prefer dying light 2 over dying light 1, it's just my opinion but I'm sticking to it

There’s a bonus in the Ultimate or Deluxe edition of the game that allows you to have a different outfit for Lawan.
