Have you also heard about iTalki ? You can also teach there, it's more for adults, but I don’t know if you've already looked into it and decided that it's not as good as the site you're using now. As an english student I think it's great. Hope your online english teaching is a great success! :)

This was so interesting! I did some freelance English teaching online for a little while too, but it was mostly to adults. I don't think I'm as good with kids as you seem to be 😜

Great video. You’ve got the right kind of personality for teaching, for sure. I’m also an ESL teacher but in Mongolia (previously I was working in China and Vietnam). I’m not sure if I have the right personality for online teaching but I’m going to give it a try because there isn’t enough work in Mongolia but I’ve put down roots here and I’d like to stay. However, I prefer IELTS and adults. Is there work for IELTS tutoring online? As I said, I know very little about online teaching.

How do you like teaching as an Expat? Would you recommend it?
i had an interview with them but I had to cancel, there's just no way I can be that animated. It's good to see though how they do it and yes hats of to the teachers who can do it.

I'm currently an online English tutor for Cambly (doesn't pay as well-- but it's great for Mexico and I absolutely love it!) and have been considering applying to another platform for when I move to Spain this summer! @@lyriq04 Hey! Yes, they do hire people who have no prior teaching skills. You can sign up to do conversational English with adults on regular Cambly! Currently I exclusively teach on Cambly Kids, which pays a tiny bit more. I'm not quite sure what the requirements are for the kids platform as I have experience and my TESOL. I don't think there are specific requirements though :) Let me know how it goes!

I didn’t! I was CELTA certified a few years before but they do like teaching experience although not necessary! As long as you are mother tongue English and have a bachelor degree!
