    Tapped out during 2nd round of squats @4:30ish...I'm not surprised given how weak I've become after a 5 yr health battle that cost me one-quarter of my body weight. I'm just beginning to regain some weight and sooo ready to get strong again. Thanks Jordan, Bob and Brad. You're always there with the right stuff when needed❤

    Your workouts are appreciated. This one is doable because it can be paused and rerun until everything works right.

    I enjoyed this workout and it's going to be a three day a week part of my routine. I feel like the routine has everything I need to help stay fit. As I get less lazy, I will probably do it every day. 3 days a week I walk the resistance river at our local YMCA. The combination should be great. Thank you!

    What about people with Cellabellar ataxia? We cant do the ones on 1 foot heel,toe taps.etc...

    The more i do these, the more i Like this, routine, it warms me UP !
    "Grab a Chair" @ my age, i only have bar stools & Rocking chairs... & some creative flexibility... THANKS, HAS become a regular routine
