I love all your Pogonips, they’re fantastic! It’s amazing that both you and Rachael made them not only in animal print but also in black/white! Your toile (sport) one turned out brilliantly and I also think the velvet one is lovely and will get a lot of wear as it’s casual but a bit dressy, a great idea. I really love the denim with the fleece, lovely and different. You were great to make 3 of them, 👏😍
Ah thank you so much for your lovely comment!! Yes it was so funny when we saw what each other had made, out of all the fabric in the world! I do like to combine casual and dressy as that fits my casual lifestyle but I like fabrics which are a bit luxury if I can! Thank you so much 🥰
Ah thank you!! Yes I agree about number two looking bigger, it’s strange how it’s the same size, but I think it’s the lack of drape in the denim which makes it look bigger 🤔 😂
All your versions are gorgeous! I actually really love the bright one 🤩. I wasn’t sure about this pattern, but after seeing yours and Rachael’s I might be tempted now! Xx
Love that star quilted fabric 🤩 love the destashed fabric too. And the pale blue. Oooo velvet! Oh the snow leopard fleece! Having fabric stash envy. 😍🤩 Scary spice 😂 With you on the button holes! Such a good idea to do them first. Those snaps are perfect for the posh one 😍🤩 xxx
😂 yes scary! Thank you 😂😂😂 the good thing about having a large stash is that there’s usually a pretty good choice of fabrics to go with! Thank you so much!
All your makes were lovely. The Spice Girls you made were Sporty for the pink , Scary for the animal, Posh for the velvet and you could makeight . Baby out of the lavender. However,I think they all look beautiful in their own right.
I’ve just the same comment on Rachael’s vlog. I was not convinced by this pattern. But after seeing both of yours I’m so tempted to they all look so great - I especially like your yoga version. You defo should wear it - it’s so fab xx
Ah thanks Angela! I love the fact that it looks so different depending on what fabric it’s made from. I’d still like to make a drapey one for spring like the orange floral one in the pattern details. xx
You and Rachel both have me inspired to make several versions of this pattern, Sarah! Your color blocked versions have opened my eyes to a world of opportunities. What fun that there will be a Pogonip party! That will be a great IG day. 😘
Oh I love all 3 versions Sarah! I wasn’t going to make this pattern because I have a very similar jumper from Next but now having seen yours I don’t think I can resist 🥰 Ruth x
😂 thanks Ruth! You need to join the Pogonip party! What I love about the pattern is the infinite combinations you can use. Can’t wait to see yours if you do make one! 🥰
Hi Sarah, your pogonips are amazing, I love the denim and animal print, the two fabrics definitely complement each other. I have mine cut out and ready to go, thank you for mentioning the sew along, I will probably benefit from using this
Ah thank you so much!!! I really hope you enjoy sewing yours, yes definitely check out the sew alongs, I used them rather than the instructions to be honest!
🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉 yaayyy so wonderful doing this collaboration with you! I’ve enjoyed every minute. Fabulous vlog and I absolutely love all your versions! Your posh version looks fab with the skirt!!!! ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Hi, thank you so much! I would say that a confident beginner could definitely try the Pogonip, if nervous about the welt pockets then they don’t have to be done. That’s probably the trickiest part. There are quite a few pattern pieces and a few steps, but it’s definitely doable if taken slowly. Hope that helps!! x
Busy bee. I love them and love how you combined fabrics Go You. Fab makes 🙌❤️💙💜💚
Thank you so much! Yes I think I’m done making Pogonips for a while at least! 😅
Your versions are gorgeous. You are such an amazing seamstress.

Number three is my favourite. Number two seems to be very roomy, but nice. Number one will brighten theday in this awful dark times.
Ah thank you!! Yes I agree about number two looking bigger, it’s strange how it’s the same size, but I think it’s the lack of drape in the denim which makes it look bigger 🤔 😂

@@sewsarahstyle thanks Sarah, I may give it a try later in the year when I have a few more makes under my belt xx
