What a beautiful man, inside and out. He was a very humble, generous man and had a big heart, seems like all people ever did was take from him and never give him anything back, so sad he was an absolute one off ❤️
I agree with you everyone took took, took his friends, his ex-wife she even married him just for money and fame, and to get away from her parents in Germany. He trusted everyone makes me so sick and so sad.
Wow, what a gorgeous and cool man! I never saw such a damn good looking man with such a beautiful smile like ELVIS! I wish i was in this time! ELVIS i loooooove you forever and ever! ❤❤♥️♥️💚💚💚💙💙💙
Hello from England. Elvis was the most beautiful man. I have watched and listened to interviews he gave, many of them around the late 50's like this one and also in the 60's and he was so thoughtful in the answers he gave. By this time he had already moved into Graceland and he was making $millions at that time. Every woman wanted Elvis and every young man wanted to be Elvis. Elvis was a "ONE OFF" human being the likes no one had seen before nor since. I wonder what he would think of the music industry today. Not much i think.
Yes.... and another fact that demonstrates his politeness, his tact in contact with people (especially reporters), was that he, when answering questions, made a point of looking at the person who had asked the question...! He didn't act, in front of microphones, as some "celebrities" do, in a mechanical, somewhat indifferent, arrogant, haughty way..
@@agenorgracindo When you look at these videos of ELVIS they make you think where have the years gone Im 57 and have been a fan since around the age of 8 Over the last 12-15 months in 🏴 the mainstream TV channels like the BBC, C4, C5 have shown many documentaries about ELVIS, only on Friday night did C5 air one. Also shown over the last few years all films have been aired When I feel 😢I put on an Album. Like His Hand In Mine I have around 30 vinyl albums collected in the last 2 years It makes me 😊 🏴🏴🏴
My grandfather worked with Elvis back in 1954 at Crown Electric Company. This was right before he became famous. They were good friends back then but eventually lost touch when my grandfather moved back to Mississippi.
That was cool. It must have been incredible for your grandfather to have seen Elvis working with him and then just become who Elvis became. The stories I would love to have heard from your grandfather would be amazing.
Love the woman who slips a note in his jacket at 8.17. Very brazen. Wow. He was always so loving to his fans and appreciative of their love and loyalty. I think these reporters were asking silly questions. Elvis always classy and careful not to offend in his answers. He lost nothing except time from being in the army. He was amazing after. I think his voice matured and got stronger. All those movies sapped his creativity, and it took a long time to get it back. He was such a hard worker his whole life. That is what I appreciate the most, his kind heart and humor. The best ever!
Sa générosité aussi. Ne dit-on pas que la générosité de la personne le rend éternel. Alors soyons généreux ! Elvis est agréable et adorable ❤pour tout le monde. C'est un doux souvenir pour l'humanité.
I love Elvis's laughter, chuckles. Clever comment of the tanks rocking and rolling, so quick witted. Elvis is so great with press, his expression of rythem to music is what Elvis moved too. Elvis is so deliberate when he is speaking to press, very respectful as well. Gentleman, thru and thru
I was stationed at Fort Dix, NJ and saw Elvis shortly after his arrival from Germany. The Press conference was held at the Service Club across the street from my barracks. It was a cold winter day, and a lot of girls whose families lived on base skipped school that day to get a glimpse of him. There were a lot of reporters and photographers at the press conference since Fort Dix was so close to New York and Philadelphia. I was 22 years old at the time, and it was quite a memorable moment for me.
Responding to a question about the screaming girls... Interviewer: You don’t think it’s silly on their part? Elvis: No, of course not. It’s not silly, or anything. It’s flattering. I like that he always had respect for his fans.
Class up to the end ! God took our Angel our king on Earth 🤩👑💔I suppose RIP SWEET ELVIS ! Elvis fans will always keep your memories alive and still to this day ELVIS IS SO DEEPLY LOVED 🙌🏼Expressing himself and born to entertain and MOST BEAUTIFUL MAN GOD CREATED ❤️
Even men were in awe. Bromances per se. He was so self assured and confident. I admire that he had the guts to have a pink catellac in the 50’s. He is truly one of a kind.
Even though this footage is in black and white, his natural blond hair can be seen. Admittedly he was gorgeous with dyed black hair, which I read he dyed because he felt it would make his blue eyes stand out more, but I prefer him with his natural hair colour. He was so breathtakingly beautiful 😍
@@travesotom6890 Well it’s not really, he didn’t have red/brown hair, he was born with naturally blond hair which then developed into the darker shade it usually goes to as he got older, like it does with many other people. The darker shade can appear to look reddish brown/mousey/light brown, especially in colourised photos of this time, but it’s still technically blond hair!
Elvis a fost, este și va rămâne cel mai complet artist al lumii, unic, simplu, sexi, chiar acum după atâtea decenii e atât de modern, în felul cum arata, cum canta, dansează, vorbește. Lumina fără de sfârșit! 🌹🌹
Yup not to worry dude. I'm straight as well and think the same. Nothing wrong with it. It's the same as women noticing other women as beautiful. We are just human and have the ability to notice these things. Just as well to noticing someone ugly. Same thing.
ELVIS, out of the Army, heading home to Graceland. Soon to begin a new chapter of His life and career, and...Oh! what a Rollercoaster ride it would be!! Justin Bieber could have taken a lesson from Elvis Presley in how to be gracious in a classy type of way... There was a reason that all generations loved Elvis.
"Do you still have a good voice?" What kind of question is that? It sounds like those male journalists were just hating on him. What the heck? Apart from that, I feel that he was the happiest during this period. He looks so innocent and simply beautiful. And as someone else said, he is really sexy, but it's not planned, it's raw and organic. He doesn't come across as a jerk.
While visiting my Great Uncle recently he pulled out pictures of him an Elvis. He was stationed at Fort Dix as an MP and his job was to guard Elvis at times. He really called it baby sitting him lol.
Yes, Elvis processed out of the U.S. Army at Ft. Dix. It takes approximately (3) weeks to go through the discharge process. The Ft. Dix newspaper had an article about Elvis every day during that process.
