I just wanted to say that I think the reason Reflecta's eyelashes and nails are green is because princess fragrance's skin color is green. And since they're really close to each other as Rose and Julica then a bit of them is connected even through their akumatized outfits. Cause the green on Reflecta's eyelashes and nails is almost a 1 for 1 match to Princess fragrance.
I mean, Hawkmoth is a villain so she's looking at the costume from the perspective that it's a good villain costume. Aspik and Snake Noir are hero costumes, so she was looking at them from the perspective that they were mediocre hero costumes.
I LOVE Nathaniel as evil illustrator, when I first watched miraculous he was like my favorite character but then he barely showed up the entire season. He was an akumatized character that I liked very much and I like that he's kind of lucid and rational even when akumatized
0:45 I don’t really like his mask, but it’s honestly a really smart design- Unlike the superheroes, he actually covered himself and made it look as if he actually could be anyone. Smart hawkie ✨✨
I find it so interesting that normally Rose is the super bubbly, pink and girly while Juleka is more dark colour-themed and goth but when they're akumatized they're basically swapped cuz Reflekta is such a diva, so girly and so so pink while Princess Fragrance is dark-themed and kinda like an e-girl?? or smthn
the bubbler singlehandedly almost made me never watch miraculous ladybug i was like "lemme give this show a chance" then THAT came on screen and i closed netflix and didnt touch the show for like 3 weeks 💀💀💀
Actually in regards to Rena vs volpina. Rena's outfit makes her a 9 tails fox. Because her hair does have the white tips, but broken into sections or, curls, I guess? Her hair has 8 then her outfit itself makes 9. Foxes are also depicted as being wise and cunning as well as sneaky, so a fox fits her pretty well. Maybe I am biased though because I hate LIE-lah to an extreme. Like I would not cry if she got hit by a bus in the show. I did like her outfit but I think Rena is so much better lol
9:01 Kung-food's outfit is a mix of a chef suit and Sangoku from Dragon Ball Z. His hair and the orange shirt are looking a lot like Sangoku plus he uses a giant fork to fight. It is supposed to be silly and weird. I like it! I'll give it a 7|10 🙂 I agree that Mr Pidgeon villain's costume doesn't look like a pidgeon. Yes most of them are grey BUT if he had wings and boots with claws it would be nice. He could be half-man half-bird instead of wearing a weird suit.
4:20 Mr. Pigeon's eyebrows legit look like birds in this screenshot lol! Also, he gets Akumatized so many times that there's an episode with his 72nd transformation in it and Ladybug had to give him the charm to stop it from happening again. And his powers are just... weird. He's an eccentric fellow, but he usually has the best intentions, which is to save the pigeons of Paris from any harm. He just gets Akumatized when he overreacts to people treating pigeons badly or speaking ill of them.

True, it’s sad that they scrapped the anime idea though. They thought it’d be too time consuming to redraw all of Ladybug’s spots, so a 3D model made it _way_ easier to animate.
My top 4 favorites are Reflecta, Dark Cupid, Volpina, and Princess Fragrance. Although I’m not a fan of Princess Fragrance’s green skin and mask, and I agree that she doesn’t really resemble a princess, I think they should have gone for the name Lady Fragrance.
Lady Wifi would've been a 10/10 if the eye color was a diff shade of purple and the hair like NOT like her normal color (bc which vilains had their natural one except Lady Wifi, Antibug and Volpina? Almost no one) The artist in me is hating how they could've done the eyes the same color as the logo on her chest and they didn't
Stormy Weather, for some reason, reminds me so much of Harley Quinn. Not that it’s a bad thing. And I don’t even know why, so maybe don’t bother to try asking 😅
I love reena rouge now (no idea if I spelt that right) but I remember being disappointed at her when we first got her because I loved Lila’s outfit and didn’t think it looked as good. But I love both of them now 😊
I think Kung Food was a Goku reference, but anime hair is sometimes odd looking like that in cgi. That shade of blond doesn't help either. I forgot he existed honestly. I don't even remember what that episode was about. I also forgot Mylene's akuma look was a weird alien monster thing. Season one seems so long ago now. Stormy Weather's will always be one of my season one favourites though. It's just so cool! -pun honestly not intended lol- Nathaniel's is a close second too.
3:24 I don't remember that villain's name, but they kind of remind me of a dragonfly which are super fast hunters with incredible accuracy. Maybe that was the inspo?

out of every miraculous villian designs, my two favourite designs are probably pixelators and monarchs (monarch's design before he destroyed the miraculouses to change them into rings. or just- before it became a probably recolour of his first outfit.)
i realize i don't like a lot of outfits mainly because everything always looks so plastic. Like the textures are just a no for me. But i also agree with the random skin colors making it weird.

Sole Destroyer: i just love the diamonds, and the golden touch is making fall in love. 4. Party Crasher: i just love the party design, he slayed. 5. Desperada: Love the day of the dead look, and the axe guitar is rocking. 6. Princess: Fragrance: I like the outfit, but her eyes make her look like she was doing drugs. 7. Queen Wasp: Looks way too simple and basic. 8. Antibug: why, just why. It’s not even Chloe’s style. 9. Reflekta. It’s so bright, just makes it look like Juleka. 10. Queen Banana: what is with bananas, you can’t just go around with a banana costume. 11. Cat Blanc: I think get nightmares from look at it. 12. Mr Pigeon:, so useless and ugly, I just want to gouge my eyes out.
I really Love Pharaoh’s Design!!! If I had the butterfly Miraculous, Pharaoh would be my first Akumatization! But I would turn him into a hero instead of a villain.

Overall I do prefer Rena Rouge as a superhero rather than Volpina, but Volpina hands down has the best outfit
