does attribution include explaining the behaviour of another individual or it could also be extended to explaining the behaviour of a group or culture. for eg- why indians behave in a particular way
It can also be extended to groups by stereotyping and assuming the same explanation for behavior applies to everyone in that group. This idea of assuming a dispositional explanation for an individual and then applying it to all their group members is sometimes referred to as the Ultimate Attribution Error.

Hi, this isn't an area I'm very knowledgeable about because I haven't done any programs myself, but you might consider looking into programs in clinical social work which could include a PhD program or becoming a licensed clinical social worker. You might also consider a professional or specialized counseling program (master's or PhD) though I don't have enough knowledge to recommend any specific programs.
