This was shot in Ireland and Garth and his band were blown away by how much the audience knew the songs.

Here is a little tidbit about this song. The Oklahoma City School board found this song so inspirational they had it played before each school board meeting for the purpose of inspiring all teachers & themselves. Such a extraordinary reaction HAP! 🥰❤️🥰 Thank you.
He unretired in 2015 after his youngest left for college. He is finishing up his second massive tour this year. He's released three albums and and anthology and has a live show on facebook on Monday at 4 pacific. So you can tune in and see what he is up to if you like.
I am not a big country music fan, but I love Garth Brooks! I have all of his recordings, his songs are deep and inspirational and I love the love songs!

This song was on the radio when I was getting ready to leave for USMC boot camp. I would sing this song in my head when we were doing a run or on a hump (not dirty, it’s when we had our packs loaded 20/30 lbs on our backs) .
Every time I hear this song, I think of those days and I remember how scared I was during this time in my life, and by the end of the song, I feel strong and proud that I was able to get through USMC for 4 years as a woman, I am part of the “fewer” the prouder USMC Marines.

This was from his concert in Dublin back in the 90's, and he is coming back this year.... if not get cancelled... again. I got my tickets for the show, but have yet to get flight tickets and book hotel room. I was thinking of travel to Dublin -> Glasgow -> London in a 3-4 weeks vecation. But I think it will just be 1,5-2 weeks in Irland.
He hasn't retired, he retired for a time while his daughters were young. He has been touring for the last few years
Being a Tennessee girl, I've been lucky enough to see Garth perform 3 times. He is fantastic! He is also a fan of Freddie Mercury. They have alot in common. Love them both!

Garth isn't retired. The Covid quarantine slowed him down that's all. He is touring with his wife Trisha Yearwood in 2022 in the U.K. People might be confused because he received the Kennedy Center Honors but so did Lin Manuel Miranda and he is nowhere near retiring yet.
I still think you should try Larkin Poe. Very high energy like Garth and even Elton John said he liked them. I think your patrons will as well "She's a Self Made Man" is a good one or "Bleached Blonde Bottle Blues".

Bro, Garth is the man and he is definitely not retired. I just went to see him 2 weeks ago in Charlotte NC. I actually went Friday and Saturday. 2 nights of 40,000 PLUS!! He is doing a bunch of shows in Ireland this coming September and you should do what you can to go. I'm going to check if you have your email address listed to send a few videos. Hi guys just came across this ,I'm a Garth brooks fan since 1990 this video was done in Dublin Ireland croke park 1997 where he did 3 concerts sold out to 60000 a night I was there for all 3 ,I'm just over to the right side but this was filmed after the Sunday night concert they kept back 1000 of us at the front and recorded it then added it in to the concert to make it seem it was done during the concert ,, genius hey ,
And Garth came back touring 2013 he has sold out 300 plus stadium concerts plus 2 new albums ,he also just sold out croke park again here in Ireland this September 5 nights at 80000 a night this is where the world tour ends I'm going to all 5 ,🙂

This simple, easy melody and the lyrics with these actually simple words, but so meaningful that it really makes you think. Nowadays perhaps even more, because we are still so limited in many ways and perhaps also have more time to think about a lot and to deal with ourselves🤔. The crowd diving was something special and also shows the deep trust he had👍👍. Yes, and that's for sure one of the great artists who left something special although he’s perhaps retired- just fantastic ☺️.

Garth was a huge fan of Freddie Mercury and Queen. If you Google Garth Brooks talks about Queen there are a couple of interviews he did talking about how they changed his life.
nah, Garth's still goin' strong. he did retire from touring in 2001 to raise his daughters and when his youngest left for college in 2014, he returned to touring and recording new music. he's put out 3 albums since coming back and i personally think his last one is the best of the 3 (you reacted to Dive Bar, which was on his last album)

My favorite song of one of my favorite singers. But I never saw this video -- WOW 😲. His "crowd surfing" is a MOVING demonstration of a powerful person both going for it and flowing with the river.
IS A MAMMOTH!! Not even close to used to be. He is The Living Country Legand. Just listen to and look at his crowds. He did an impromptu concert in NYC and over a million people showed up.
Only Garth can crowd surf to a folk song.

When I was in the 6th grade, my teacher used this song to teach us about simile and metaphor. She put us into groups of 4 and we listened to the song 4 times in a row and had to write down and properly categorize all the similes and metaphors we heard. I'm nearly 40 and still look back fondly on the song and the assignment.
He stepped away from touring to raise his 3 daughters after his divorce. He has been back for years now. He has a residency in Vegas. He also tours with his now wife Trisha Yearwood (she has a cooking show on the Food Network). Actually his wife is on stage singing with him. She is the blonde next to guitar 🎸 player in plaid shirt/vest.

Hands down the best concert I've ever been to!
During Covid he did concerts at regular movie theaters and Drive-ion Movie Theaters.
Garth retired until his daughter all reached the age of 18. He wanted to be home and be a dad. He was in the middle of a stadium tour when the pandemic hit. He is so amazing to see live!
There had to be some security that moved out into the audience. Maybe they made suggestions to move him back to the stage before the song ended. My guess 🤷🏻♀️
Need to check out “When You Come Back to Me Again” from Garth. It’s an underrated song but it’s form the soundtrack for the movie “Frequency”. It’s very dramatic and provokes emotions. You’ll enjoy it.
