Should also clean the grip about once a month whenever you clean your bearings, cause a dirty board slips easier since the grit doesnt stick out as much

The knee bending and squatting is a skill to practice off the board too, Tyson did 2000 squats a day :) that's where core strength originates, in the hamstrings.
honestly, with 50k hours on a board, this is one of few modern "tip videos" that actually has any real advice. but best advice to stop slipping out, is more time on the board in awkward terrain. and learn how to do slide outs for your perspected style, vert park and street all sorta need to bail different. but learning to bail stops those nasty bails. 50k hours, only hit my head twice, and broke each arm once, but both situations were on bogus situations .
my problem is that when im pushing when i put the foot that i push with back on the back of the board i sometimes misplace and do the splits This is why i quit skateboarding for this one thing and i found no videos to help with it
