I believe that Red Harlow, might of change his name due to Revenge’s and he could also possibly be living in Canada, just to enjoy his Retirement and not be Heard From Ever Again. It would also be Badass, if Red Harlow has runs into Charles Smith and decided to Live with him on the New Wapiti Reservation and Red Harlow is also Half Native American from his Mom Side.
you're the first person to put the Jack Marston running into Red Harlow theory ever. I always had a sinking suspicion that if they made Red Dead 3 it would be Jack hunting down the rest of the lawmen who killed his father thus putting him in danger. The only person who might be able to teach him to be a better gunfighter would be none other than Red Harlow
He appears to be smiling in his rdr2 character model. Maybe he finally found peace? I definitely want a story where he passed Hosea, Dutch, Kid Arthur and Kid John in a possible side story.

It's just not possible for Red and Uncle to be the same person because of the age of Uncle in rdr2 which is set in 1899, and the age of Red in the 1880s Uncle would have to be 50 years old at the most. I think Red Harlow finished his purpose in the 1880s, had 1 last beer at the bar, and got into his DeLorean, hit 88 MPH and is now living in 1985

After finishing Red Dead Redemption 2 recently and learning the lore of the other Red Dead games, I would be 100% okay with it if Red Dead Redemption 3 was just a new retelling of Red Harlow's story.

Red Harlow should be playable in RDR3 as a epilogue character with Red Dead Revolver being remade and the main story is when you play as Nate Harlow before he died. Red Dead Revolver can be canon since Dan Houser, Lazlow, and Leslie Benzies left Rockstar and Arthur can tell people “not to believe everything you read or hear” since the original game had a mission select from a book. In the first epilogue we can even see more in depth of Red Dead Revolver and in the second epilogue takes place after the events of Revolver but before RDR2. Red can meet and hear characters from RDR2 and RDR1. I also like the idea that RDR is a tall tale in the Red dead universe.
Terrific video. It sounded like a lot of thought was put into it. My favorite theory of the ones presented is the low-profile theory, as it's highly believable & it fits the story of the character. Red appeared to walk away from bounty hunting once he got his revenge, & I've always wondered if he may have gone back to make a life for himself with Katie O'Grady. I've always hated the Uncle theory for all the reasons specified, but also because Red Harlow was a bounty hunter. Red hunted outlaws, so it wouldn't make any sense for him to be an outlaw... especially not a nearly useless one. Additionally, along with the eye color, Red Dead Revolver would've taken place no earlier than the mid-1880s judging by the weaponry available to him, & he wouldn't have aged poorly enough to look like Uncle even if he'd lived the next 15 years in opium dens, brothels, & saloons.
Not saying that Uncle is Red or anything...but eye colour definitely can change as you grow older, my eyes changed colour like 4 times they went from blue to gray to green to hazel. also awesome video, keep it up guys!
I feel like he would have retired from gunslinging mostly peacefully. I like to picture he would become a farmhand at a farm that feeds an orphanage. Working hard and occasionally helping the children of the next generation grow up to be good, helping the locals catch the odd lost sheep and scaring off the occasional bear. He'd probably have a hinted at relationship with the lady who runs the orphanage, sort of a Mary Poppins type figure. He'd keep quiet, but help resolve conflicts in town once in a while, like assisting in running trouble out of town as needed. Letting the story of Red Harlow turn into a campfire story, and living his life simple under a different name.
Uncle is Red Harlow he said in Valentine that in his youth days he was called the one shot kid to Arthur and that’s what Red was called and has the same cloth that Uncles has in rdr2 and he died in red dead redemption the first when John dies
Actually, eye collors can change as you grow older. When I was a baby and a child my eye was blue, as grew older it started to get green. I can see how in 50 years someone's eyes could turn brown. But you're still right, there's no way Uncle is Harlow.
I wouldn't be surprised if Arthur and Red met somehow and Red gave Arthur some some type of Dead Eye magic. Like shooting advice or something. I wonder if there's a connection between these characters and dead eye.
I just realized that all 3 red dead games are exactly 7 years apart. But frankly the leap of technology between revolver and redemption is way bigger that of redemption and redemption 2. And that's saying something as RDR2 is a graphical phenomenon. But then again so was RDR1 case and point it holds up over a decade later
Well hes probably old rn or dead but hes probably living the regular life after avenging his parents death. So hes probably living the peaceful and quiet life and probably has a family. And is enjoying his life. And probably going for a ride once in a while. But he will always be the legend of "RED,DEAD" giving the fact the name "RED,HARLOW" get it (RED) then (RED DEAD, REDEMPTION). But anyways hes the goat.
Red Harlow became Uncle in Red Dead Redemption 1 and 2. It's just that Uncles Beard and age is hiding his Face scars and Features... Uncle Red is The 1 shot kid
@@zonkers. But Uncle Red Harlow was supposed to have scars Clearly because he's The 1 shot kid aka Uncle Red Harlow.... But people just Know RockstarGames dropped the Ball with RDR2. Because look at how much they ruin John Marston made him look Like Arthur... So of course if the players were able to play as Uncle Red Harlow as a Main character RockstarGames would have to strip 5 signature character features from him to make Uncle Red Harlow look less like himself
@@PLANETJUMPERGiRLXXXRed Harlow was born in the 1860s. Uncle was born in 1849. Red Harlow's parents were killed in the 1870s. Red Dead Revolver is set in 1888 or 1889. When Uncle was caught by the Skinners Brothers he was tortured and this explains Uncle's scars. The Skinners Brothers gave Uncle those scars.
It would be so cool if Red Harlow were the one who killed Arthurs child and girlfriend. Ik that would‘nt suit him but it definitely would be an amazing plot
So I'm just playing red dead revolver and noticed that red could be uncle in theory and that's because of the bounty hunter story mode. In the first mission where you play as red jr. the task is to kill all enemies with one shot otherwise you fail. To me it is quite sad seeing this, but I'm glad at the same time, because they aren't in the same univerese. Anyways have a nice day/night Edit: Or maybe uncle is jut dreaming about to be red harlow/the alcohol made him think that he is red after some time idk
Red Harlow like all good cowboys rode off into the sunset. He's the stuff of legend now. The real man laid down his guns, took a new name and retired to a quiet life working a small ranch. Until the day while searching the desert for lost cattle he finds a young gunslinger named Jack Marston wounded and nearly dead. He rescues and becomes a mentor to Jack. As a result his violent life catches up to him and he has to take out his gun, stored away for many years in a trunk in the attic, to stand with Jack for one last showdown. Coming soon in RDR3.
One hint on why red Harlow is not uncle in the beginning of Red Dead redemption 2 at Sadie's ranch you can hear him say something about Uncle and his real name being Sam
i make all the thumbnails with a program on pc called "photoscape x" but i used to make thumbnails on my phone with picsart. my thumbnails look the way they do because i have almost 10 years in gfx experience
Making the next came about Jack is definitely the most realistic next step. There is so much potential there and so many unanswered questions that fans are dying to know.
They could also make a game dating further back, as by the time you play Jack, we are in the start of WW1. Maybe back to 1870 or something. That would be neat. Like the Wild West Picturesque Period.
Playing rdr2 I loved Arthur morgan and had no idea who the other characters was. Watching people play rdr1 makes me have a lot of respect for John Marston
I think if the Uncle theory were to be true, imagine if Uncle didn't got shot in RD1 & had a scene where he kind of pulls a Yoda & when things get really tense, Uncle gets up & grabs a revolver & in some type of slo-mo cutscene bullets fly past as he remains calm, it cuts to his hand with the scorpion brand & he grabs the scorpion revolver & takes down a whole group of enemies so fast that John looks back & is shocked. I think that would be cool, or if RDR3 was focused around a young Arthur, Dutch & Hosea & they have a run in with Harlow on a few missions & never knew who he was because Harlow could have hidden his face or grew a full beard that covered the scars on his jaw.
1:33 You can’t say the best character ever made in fiction never You didn’t read every literature in the world let alone history to make such a claim And you have to consider the ones in the other media like movies, to shows etc Anyway you could say he is one of the best for sure because Rockstar writing in the gaming media is of the most honest realistic ones they don’t lie they don’t paint a false image or shove politics down your throat like many others do and the characters are written in such way that you think of them as a real people from the many layers of depth And that’s the achievement of a very well written characters Not many writers have a the talent to make a character realistically relatable
imagine you play as red Harlow in rdr3 and he help Dutch form the Vanderlin gang and dies at the end of rdr3 so it continues to rdr2 and after to rdr1. But it wouldn't be like that But Imagine hypothetically how cool that would be 4 games 1 huge story

Not saying that Uncle is Red or anything...but eye colour definitely can change as you grow older, my eyes changed colour like 4 times they went from blue to gray to green to hazel.
also awesome video, keep it up guys!
Uncle is from Ohio. These mythical creatures are near immortal and always remain with the same eye color throughout their lives.
Amazing video, earned yourself a subscriber dude 👍
Uncle was a lazy drunk yes, but he died defending the ones he loved & that counts for something
I would LOVE a follow up to his story. Like give us a remaster, THEN give us some DLC. An aftermath of Red's story, and a prequel to Jack's story
The way I see it, Red Harlow was real but Red Dead Revolver is a campy parody film based on Jack Marston's novel.
Uncle is Red Harlow he said in Valentine that in his youth days he was called the one shot kid to Arthur and that’s what Red was called and has the same cloth that Uncles has in rdr2 and he died in red dead redemption the first when John dies
Red Harlow is not Uncle.
I wish Rockstar would release a open world remaster of Red Dead Revolver.
Actually, eye collors can change as you grow older. When I was a baby and a child my eye was blue, as grew older it started to get green. I can see how in 50 years someone's eyes could turn brown. But you're still right, there's no way Uncle is Harlow.
tho changing form blue to brown is a huuuuge leap blue to green sure but blue to brown no way
It's treason then
Tell you what I would not be opposed to them doing a remake of Red Dead revolver for the PS4 PS5 or the new Xbox console
I think it would be awesome that Jack Marston would meet Red when he's older
Great video as always but why is voice deeper in video then in stream?
narration voice lol
I wouldn't be surprised if Arthur and Red met somehow and Red gave Arthur some some type of Dead Eye magic. Like shooting advice or something. I wonder if there's a connection between these characters and dead eye.
Dead eye is just gameplay mechanic it doesnt exist jn canon.
I was literally booting up red dead revolver on my ps4 when i saw this in my recommendation
Plus if Uncle was red Harlow then he wouldn't have died like that.
And also the game name never lost it's first word (red dead revolver) then (red dead redemption) then (red dead redemption 2).
Red Harlow became Uncle in Red Dead Redemption 1 and 2. It's just that Uncles Beard and age is hiding his Face scars and Features... Uncle Red is The 1 shot kid
you can disable uncles beard with mods, and upon further inspection, its clear that uncle has no scars
@@zonkers. But Uncle Red Harlow was supposed to have scars Clearly because he's The 1 shot kid aka Uncle Red Harlow.... You gotta Understand that Red Dead Redemption 2 on console was a 25/100% incompleted game so RockstarGames cut a Ton of Things out the game for only a reason God knows...
@@PLANETJUMPERGiRLXXXred harlow the 1 shot kid was never mentioned in red dead revolver
No... Red Harlow most likely went to search for Jack Swift after he left the mansion grounds. I thought this was obvious?
yo actually why does no one say this? did they play the game???
It would be so cool if Red Harlow were the one who killed Arthurs child and girlfriend. Ik that would‘nt suit him but it definitely would be an amazing plot
Where is he ? I kill that bastard !
- Arthur Morgan
*[Prototype2] flashbacks* And *Mafia 2 flashbacks* too probalby, and *GTA V flashbacks*
Red Harlow encountered the Devil, begging for another chance his wish was granted and the price was of course; nothing less than terminal lumbago
Some people say uncle's red Harlow
Red harlow walked off and was never to be seen again unless somebody had seen where he walk off
I love the Uncle is Red Harlow theory
It's so cute
Imagine RDR3 shows the blackwater incident and Red Harlow hunting down a young Dutch throughout and he's taken down by the gang or something
Red Harlow got Lumbago!
Nah.
Anyways have a nice day/night
Edit: Or maybe uncle is jut dreaming about to be red harlow/the alcohol made him think that he is red after some time idk
He got lumbago and had to go and tell everyone about it, constantly.
Uncle is the kind of person to tell everyone he's Red Harlow
No.
Good video. How did you make the thumbnail? I’m trying to make a video too
i make all the thumbnails with a program on pc called "photoscape x" but i used to make thumbnails on my phone with picsart. my thumbnails look the way they do because i have almost 10 years in gfx experience
@@zonkers. Thank you. Does picsart contain the rdr font?
@@kopanitis no, you have to manually download fonts onto any program, no apps or anything comes with the red dead font
@@zonkers. thanks a lot my friend
My boy had lumbago
I see blue eyes on Uncle when he gets up to talk to John, also Uncle is always wearing a glove on his right hand...
Red Harlow is not Uncle.
He Uncle, God Damnmit.
Red Harlow is who Uncle was to Jack, Red Dead Revolver is just the stories Jack heard from Uncle about his life before joining the VanDer Linde gang.
Nah
John may be related to Red Harlow somehow. Look at Johns face in the epilogue. He has the same scars and a hat that looks the same.
I believe in Harlow is Uncle Theory paired with Low Profile Theory

You can’t say the best character ever made in fiction never
You didn’t read every literature in the world let alone history to make such a claim
And you have to consider the ones in the other media like movies, to shows etc
Anyway you could say he is one of the best for sure because Rockstar writing in the gaming media is of the most honest realistic ones they don’t lie they don’t paint a false image or shove politics down your throat like many others do and the characters are written in such way that you think of them as a real people from the many layers of depth
And that’s the achievement of a very well written characters
Not many writers have a the talent to make a character realistically relatable
Imagine if harlow was arthurs dad
I would pay full price for a rdr DLC centered around Red, Annie, and Jack.
just subbed and also you mentioned that eye color dont change well mine did it used to be blue but its more gray ish now cuz i wear glasses🤣🤣
4:38 makes the obvious sense, in my opinion. On where and what happened to Red Harlow.
This deserves a remake!
I loved this red dead is my life almost lol thanks bro for the video
imagine you play as red Harlow in rdr3 and he help Dutch form the Vanderlin gang and dies at the end of rdr3 so it continues to rdr2 and after to rdr1.
But it wouldn't be like that But Imagine hypothetically how cool that would be 4 games 1 huge story
Rock star said that Red wasn't Uncle
W video fr, also would a Red Dead Revolver remaster, also never seen a playthru of it, or a full rd1 playthru, but they are all 3 golden games
I was hoping to see either how Arthur and Dutch became friends or see Jacks revenge for the death of John
