i used to feel bad for them (i still kinda do) cuz i thought they are being pressured by mhj to side with her but now they're taking it too far. I believe we would all be on NJ's side had they not taken sides and kept quiet. The future of their careers would have remained unaffected. I don't mind if idols want to complain or express their situation about their current treatment (or mistreatment). Infact, any mistreatment should not be ignored. However, in NJ girls case, the mistreatment is not the highlight of their issue. Its just an excuse to demand for MHJ reinstatement as CEO. NJ girls said it themselves, that they don't want any changes, they just want for things to go back they way they are, just as when MHJ was the CEO. When mistreatment issue is used as an excuse for other purpose, NJ girls lost my sympathy. And I personally think in order for NJ girls to move on from their current situation, they should put an effort to publicly distancing themselves from MHJ. PS: I really hope NJ girls can watch this video and many other video like this. Open their eyes and broaden their perspective of the current situation. And build up their confidence that NJ girls CAN grow up without MHJ.
As if other groups under hybe haven't been mistreated. Take an example. Fromis 9. Didn't have a comeback. They voiced out but never threatened hybe and made a childish live broadcast saying they were being mistreated instead, they patiently waited.
I think HYBE knew she would reject their offer. It was calculated. They made the offer so they could show in court for their cases against her that they gave her every opportunity and were far more than fair.

I really hope that if they sue to terminate their contract, the courts will allow evidence to become public. I'm sure we'll find that MHJ 'strongly encouraged' their live video. All I have to say is that New Jeans are lucky that Hybe is a soft company because if they did what they did under a no nonsense company then they would've been screwed. New Jeans on the other hand, decided to be extra and involve themselves in a situation that had nothing to do with them. All they had to do was to stay silent and keep it moving but no. I agree with everything except about Hybe. I don’t understand why you and some others are so critical of Hybe. Hybe is a multidimensional company, and Hybe Label manages the label companies under them. Hybe is also a publicly trading company and they have the duty to increase the value of their stocks by increasing net profits and the value of their IPs. This company is a business, to make money, just like every other company out there. I see all the time in SNS that Hybe is not treating this artist right or that artist is being ignored and so on. However, we eventually learned that the choices were made by the artist themselves. For example, J-Hope’s Jack In The Box album release did not included an actual CD and the fans were mad at BigHit and Hybe. The fans claimed that the company made that decision. But, when J-Hope’s documentary came out, it was his decision to not include a CD. I wish the fans would trust the artists’ judgement. If each member felt like they weren’t treated fairly by their label, they don’t have to resign with that label. BTS is a prime example. Why would they sign multiple times with BigHit if they felt like they are being mistreated? Until recently, only Ador, among all of the labels under Hybe entertainment, had their CEO MHJ a full control of the whole business from management to production to promotion. Since MHJ tried to steal Ador from Hybe, Hybe changed the label business structure. So now the management side for all Hybe label companies are under Hybe but the production and promotion responsibilities are under each label. I don’t see any benefit for Hybe by ignoring some of their artists. Why would they ignore the money making machines after investing so much? I’ve seen Enhyphen fans, supposedly, complaining that BeliftLab and Hybe are overworking the group. But, let’s be real. They are a K-pop group trying to survive in the most competitive entertainment business. There are multiple new K-pop groups debuting every week. Crazy schedule is part of the K-pop industry and they have to keep up until the group has a solid fan base. Remember that BTS almost got disbanded because they were physically and emotionally exhausted. But, they fought through all that and became a global phenomenon. We don’t know all of the details and discussions going on between the artists and their labels. We are just making assumptions as outsiders since we don’t know all the details. Let’s not be haste and hate on their companies just based on our assumptions. As far as I know Hybe and their labels are not mistreating or abusing their artists, or at least I have not seen any solid evidences. Unless someone comes out and tells me s/he was there to witness in person and have a solid evidence to back up the claim of abuse or unfairness, I can’t criticize their labels or Hybe. I neither like or dislike Hybe or the labels. I just don’t have any reasons to like or dislike. To me, it’s not fair to judge Hybe or the labels without having the facts. This is something she would do (them opening their own TH-cam channel, going live, the words coming out of their mouths, their demands, etc). The girls and their parents go along with it because deep down, they believe they are nothing without MHJ. They credit all of their success to her even though the majority of the success goes to HYBE (they wouldn't have had a quarter of the success they had if it wasn't for HYBE's resources, reputation and BTS) they're Fandom just makes this situation so much worse. Bunny's burned so many bridges with other fandoms (accusing everyone with plagiarism than being hypocritical when there is actual evidence of MHJ doing the same thing. Bullying other groups over it). It doesn't help the girls' self-esteem that the Fandom also gives all the credit to MHJ and seems to care more about MHJ than the girls. I believe we would all be on NJ's side had they not taken sides and kept quiet. The future of their careers would have remained unaffected. I don't mind if idols want to complain or express their situation about their current treatment (or mistreatment). Infact, any mistreatment should not be ignored. However, in NJ girls case, the mistreatment is not the highlight of their issue. Its just an excuse to demand for MHJ reinstatement as CEO. NJ girls said it themselves, that they don't want any changes, they just want for things to go back they way they are, just as when MHJ was the CEO. When mistreatment issue is used as an excuse for other purpose, NJ girls lost my sympathy.
And I personally think in order for NJ girls to move on from their current situation, they should put an effort to publicly distancing themselves from MHJ.
PS: I really hope NJ girls can watch this video and many other video like this. Open their eyes and broaden their perspective of the current situation. And build up their confidence that NJ girls CAN grow up without MHJ.

I agree with everything except about Hybe. I don’t understand why you and some others are so critical of Hybe. Hybe is a multidimensional company, and Hybe Label manages the label companies under them. Hybe is also a publicly trading company and they have the duty to increase the value of their stocks by increasing net profits and the value of their IPs. This company is a business, to make money, just like every other company out there. I see all the time in SNS that Hybe is not treating this artist right or that artist is being ignored and so on. However, we eventually learned that the choices were made by the artist themselves. For example, J-Hope’s Jack In The Box album release did not included an actual CD and the fans were mad at BigHit and Hybe. The fans claimed that the company made that decision. But, when J-Hope’s documentary came out, it was his decision to not include a CD. I wish the fans would trust the artists’ judgement. If each member felt like they weren’t treated fairly by their label, they don’t have to resign with that label. BTS is a prime example. Why would they sign multiple times with BigHit if they felt like they are being mistreated? Until recently, only Ador, among all of the labels under Hybe entertainment, had their CEO MHJ a full control of the whole business from management to production to promotion. Since MHJ tried to steal Ador from Hybe, Hybe changed the label business structure. So now the management side for all Hybe label companies are under Hybe but the production and promotion responsibilities are under each label. I don’t see any benefit for Hybe by ignoring some of their artists. Why would they ignore the money making machines after investing so much? I’ve seen Enhyphen fans, supposedly, complaining that BeliftLab and Hybe are overworking the group. But, let’s be real. They are a K-pop group trying to survive in the most competitive entertainment business. There are multiple new K-pop groups debuting every week. Crazy schedule is part of the K-pop industry and they have to keep up until the group has a solid fan base. Remember that BTS almost got disbanded because they were physically and emotionally exhausted. But, they fought through all that and became a global phenomenon. We don’t know all of the details and discussions going on between the artists and their labels. We are just making assumptions as outsiders since we don’t know all the details. Let’s not be haste and hate on their companies just based on our assumptions. As far as I know Hybe and their labels are not mistreating or abusing their artists, or at least I have not seen any solid evidences. Unless someone comes out and tells me s/he was there to witness in person and have a solid evidence to back up the claim of abuse or unfairness, I can’t criticize their labels or Hybe. I neither like or dislike Hybe or the labels. I just don’t have any reasons to like or dislike. To me, it’s not fair to judge Hybe or the labels without having the facts. About the NJ and MHJ working together, why didn't MHJ tell them about the replacement. If she is their loving mother why MHJ let them down, and didn't explain the situation. In what company the management team will explain to the employees why their supervisor was fired?

If mistreated = discrimination, then we should notice that New Jeans is the only group in HYBE that was for real discriminated but NJ was from the beginning, positive discriminated in HYBE.
First of all, they were presented as BTS little sisters, and to be honest not even TXT weren't presented as anything related to BTS. They are where they are, in the music industry, by their own talent and work.
Second of all, being BTS little sisters, they got brand deals and brand ambassadors because of HYBE and BTS. It is true that besides NJ other HYBE artists got numerous brand deals. But NJ being presented BTS little sisters, Armys welcomed them with open 💜 and made NJ successful and famous in a very short time. But, what you know, MHJ flexed on BTS saying that she did with NJ in just two years, what boy groups did in 5 or 7 years. That and many other remarks determined Armys to give up on NJ and the group is were it is right now in the charts.
Please don't forget that even you don't like HYBE and BTS, many of your beloved groups under HYBE are making you happy with their music because of BTS Hard work, and because of Bang Pd. The money they earned are in the basement of HYBE, their blood sweat, and tears made possible, NJ, LSS, Illit and many others. So fans of HYBE groups including Bunnies should remember that not only HYBE helped debuted all new groups, but provided to older ones all the facilities to work and live in good conditions. NJ and their fans should start growing up and distanced from what MHJ said being brainless. However we should make a delimitation between Bunnies some brainless teenagers and MHJ EvilBunnies who are MHJ personal fans, we don't know if they are paid or no, but they are so cruel that in the end the EvilBunnies, will destroy NJ and their Bunnies.

It's clear at this point that MHJ is a Kakao/SM Trojan Horse, probably backed by the same Chinese companies that have been trying for years to get HYBE stock. HYBE just joined a growing list of S Korean entertainment companies who will not accept Chinese trainees, probably because they are worried about more moles/Trojan horses. That sucks for the talented kids who happen to be Chinese but is totally a smart move given the current business espionage landscape.
It's also clear that MHJ trained these girls with an agenda. Don't get it twisted - she DID NOT train them in music, dance, singing, any of that. She can't do that. It's not her expertise. Source did that before she stole them. No, she trained them in behavior, isolating and gaslighting them. They are spoiled, entitled and brainwashed, with a very skewed idea of reality. Yes, they need therapy and cult deprogramming, but she may have ruined these girls for life, and almost certainly has ruined their budding careers. These are just year two rookies!
MHJ is also not a producer, despite the job title. She never wrote, composed or produced a song in her life. She is a stylist, a branding and marketing person. That's what Big Hit hired her to do initially, and she spun that into a small label of her own. But it appears most of her styling is also stolen, even down to the group name and the freaking font. What do we expect from someone with no musical talent trying to run a music label with absolute control? Plus, she has a history of inappropriate grooming type behavior and oversexualizing of VERY YOUNG artists, which she did at SM as well, with boys and girls. She has a weird fetish for the very young, probably because they are more manipulable. What she is though, is a spin mistress. She is good at spinning the narrative, manipulating the story, pushing the media and the public in how she wants them to think. Marketing. She is a liar and a manipulator by trade and by skill. That's her major skill set. It's not surprising she did it to these impressionable kids that were inexplicably put into her hands. I am most upset at HYBE for not seeing through her sooner and giving her so much power to wreak havoc and destroy these young artists. At this point we should call her The Spider instead of a snake, because spinning and weaving webs of lies is her stock and trade. I'm also interested in who her shaman really was, who seems to have disappeared in a puff of smoke. It would not surprise me in the least to find out they were a Kakao/SM operative.
Hanni seems to be a MHJ surrogate/mini-me in the group. She is also not Korean and her Korean is not strong, so it may be easier to trick and manipulate her into thinking people said things they didn't. She is Australian/ethically Vietnamese. She has misunderstood things before, like a simple greeting from Seventeen that caused her to get into a beef with them, thinking they dissed her. In fact, the phrase she used in their live didn't mean "ignore her" it meant "leave it alone" as in the manager trying to prevent HER OWN Group (Illit) from getting into a beef, starting a fight, because they probably were already upset with how NwJns and MHJ had been treating them. These are all teenage girls remember. And we know full well that mean girls can give a seemingly surface polite greeting but it's really a provocation. Hanni cries victim so often that I am inclined to actually believe that she is really a mean girl and is projecting and claiming constant attacks. We all know the type.

Hanni also claimed HYBE didn't investigate her claims when they actually did. She just didn't get the outcome she wanted. They had CCTV of the encounter, and they interviewed involved parties and witnesses (like the stylists) and found that what Hanni claimed had not actually happened.

Actually, NJ's contributed more like approx. 5% to HYBE profits for that accounting period (I think 2023, but would have to double check the exact time period included), definitely not 20%!
