Great, first time to hear that pelvic tilt is influenced with IR available! It makes sense that I have right pelvic tilt with 0° IR available on the left side 👍

if my anterior pelvic tilt is "perfect" like the anglez is "ideal" n i stil have lateral pelvic tilt, what could be the issue keeping the pelvis from moving normally again?

Lateral pelvic tilt is your body turning one direction

@@ZacCupplesPT i see but from chiropractic n some pri videos on utube, anterior pelvic tilt cud lead to the limitations in the pelvis so the pelvis is,stuck in one rotation leading to one pelvis higher than another.
im just curious cud the core muscles be at play or maybe even tight neck and chest muscles keeping the pelvis in a rotated position?

@@paulgeorge9228 You whole body responds and moves in a given direction, so could be a lot of ways to target it.

Thx plz can u help me with some doubt actually my pelvis is higer ob right side that means my right shoulder look just 1-3cm downward than left shoulder also i am suffering from APT and that IR topic was upto point i got extra external rotation in left and its hard to do IR in left side...
So what should be my approach to fix this can i got with first fixing APT or go with lateral pelvic tilt fixing.

You wan to go anterior before lateral. The anterior tilt will throw off visual presentation.

@@ZacCupplesPT sir actually is this common for me to feel left lower back pain due to close to 0 internal rotation in left side actually.
And i am doing couple of hip mobility routine like 90 90 hip rotation focusing on left side IR with resistance band glute medius strengthening.
Also i got terrible tight hamstring that also due to less IR in left side.?
