I love all your videos girl you are so blessed. Wheni i was like 10 years old i had to spend a whole summer at my grandparents on their farm. I never had so much fun than when the big mama pig had 12 babies. They were so cute and would scream their heads off if i touched them. Grandpa said i had to wait till they got older and he'd let me hold them. I fell in love with each one and named them all. I would sit for hours by that pig pen no matter how bad it stunk. I had to go home when it was time to go back to school. I cried all the way home. Grandma said she had never seen a girl take to animals like me. Those were good times. Love you guy's
You guys are my favorite and I do not care what you show I am just excited to see more videos. We had a pig when I was a kid and lived on a farm. We got him for free as a piglet. My dad helped a farmer castrate his piglets so my dad brought our piglet home. We named him snort and the intention was to eat him in time but he became a pet and my parents did not have the heart to butcher him. He would play ball, chase cars ( we lived in the country with very little traffic) and he played with our dogs so he thought he was a dog. he followed us all over the farm like a dog would as well. We moved and gave him to friends and they did butcher him and my sister and i were so disappointed that my sister became a vegetarian. I just love pigs along wih goats whcih I have never owned any goats.
It has been so exciting having videos from you guys almost every day the past few days! I just love your little family and fun farm animals and the great care you guys give them
YES! I love having short updates and info...loved hearing about the goat banding process and love hearing about Kune Kune's! Ive been thinking about getting a pair of mini pigs and these sound like what I would want. thanks Crystal so much fo making these videos and shorter is great , just like seeing what is happening and learning from what you learn. :)
😘😘. You’ve definitely spoiled so many by ALWAYS sharing whatever you’re doing. People forget just hard your daily life is with just the ranch alone. When your kids were born they didn’t come as instant helpers.....you had to raise them too. Everything takes time to do and then you add filming not only to have memories but to share and educate it as well. I’m burned out and exhausted just typing this all out and I haven’t begun chores yet. I’d be happy with a few times a week or even one long one once a week just so you wouldn’t be burning candle at both ends at same time. Add as needed ......whatever works well for you. You’ve become a good source about anything and would hate to see it end cus it’s become to much. Just like those little ones getting banded it takes time to heal. Just want to say thank you for sharing all your knowledge and love of what you do and always a source people can count on. Everything great takes a lot of work to continue doing and GREAT you are. 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
Crystal thanks for the update! I did not watch the banding, but loved that you took the time to shows us how the bucks are doing the day after. The two you are keeping Vador and Legend are both adorable. Can't wait to see their babies. The piggies are so cute. We will stay tuned for the next video!!!
I just love getting short videos often, so keep up your good work. I just love seeing the farmlife and you provide such and interesting perspective regardless if its does kidding, making a trip to the mountains or making cheese! A shorter videos is also easy to watch even if you´re just taking a short break...
I love your videos. You explain things in a manor anyone can understand. I can’t wait till breeding season and to see how the new bloodlines add to the herd. Waiting on the milkstar result too. I find it interesting to learn about the dairy part of it all. Thank you all for sharing.
Crystal, I never comment on videos, but I wanted you to know how much I enjoy and appreciate your videos. We just bought our first two ND goats. I have learned more from your channel than all the other channels I watch. Keep doing what you do ❤
Those pigs are so adorable and they love you too! I love watching your videos with all your fur babies!! Crystal they all love you. Great job! You are so awesome with them. God bless you all!
Great followup video, Crystal! I appreciate that you mention the 3-4 day 'recovery' the bucks endure after banding. The short format makes sense; we know you have busy lives - these little clips of information and fun are perfect. Thank you for doing a great job sharing! Vader and Legend are beautiful! October is going to be INTERESTING! ONLY 3 months to go. Lots of prep work to be done till then!
@@BlueCactusDairyGoats -- Yea, was out at daybreak doing outside chores, hoping to beat the heat! I guess you fo the same, it's much hotter there! Stay well!
Also, I LOVE THE NEW FORMAT! Just daily doses of your daily goings on. That's my favorite. And of COURSE the informative videos whenever shaving, breeding, birthing, banding, disbudding, cooking, etc i love all of it!! Hell, some freezer camp videos if you ever want to do them would be good information too.
Crystal and family, I appreciate you inviting us to view your lives on the ranch. Whatever format works best for you is perfectly fine for us . Thank you for the effort you put in to share with us.
Great new videos! I was watching Arms Homestead and he feeds marshmallows to his pigs, to get them used to him...pigs are cute...boys are definitely more mellow as well....
We love the show keep up the good work...... Thank the kids for being there too! Sometimes it's not fun but they make it fun for us.......Hugs from Minnesota
I love your channel. You have great content and amazing informative videos. I'm planning on starting a dairy herd once we get onto some acreage, and your videos are so helpful! for now, I'm just enjoying gardening and my chickens, but I can't wait until we finally get a few goaties
No I really enjoy your channel and have been watching for some time and your Husband is hilarious and the Adventures he takes the kids on is great so thanks and I’ll keep watching 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍🙂
I am so excited to see a video when you post one. This a real treat with making more. I love the new format. Thanks for all the work putting them out for us to enjoy
I love your videos in any format that you can manage, i find it hard to edit , take and send out those videos plus do all the other things in life . Respect to you xxx
Even us ladies can feel for these boys. I definitely would be walkin' stiff legged and uncomfortable too the next day. I appreciate the new format, easier for your family and easier for me to keep up. Blessing all! :)
Pigs are highly intelligent! I have heard of some of them saving people from drowning. Pigs have great memories and never forget. They really can be quite delicate and dainty with their table manners. Yours are beyond cute and precious!🤗
I hope the new format helps you guys. I really enjoy the content but agree a balance needs to be there so you guys are not overwhelmed every day. Thank you for all the great videos!
Could part of the change in behavior be the loss of testosterone? Love the new video formats! Thank you so much for all the work you put in to get the videos to us! Shorter videos are great- we just love seeing what's going on!
I would love a long video of just watching the animals and listening to the wind. I miss the desert and the sounds of the birds. That is my request. Cheers!
I love the new format, mind you I loved the other format too. Your videos are great and I for one really appreciate the time and effort you go to in sharing your animals and your families lives with us. Regards from Dublin, Ireland 🇮🇪 ☘️☘️☘️☘️☘️
The piggies totally love ❤️ Crystal it’s like she’s their MAMA... poor boys... my innards hurt & I’m a girl 😂😂But surgical cutting has so many risk factors in the heat of summer 💚💚💚🌹⭐️🌹⭐️
All I want to do crystal is thank you for your videos I enjoy every single one of them I have learned so much from you and now I'm trying to talk my husband into getting some of them Little Piggies 2 don't know how well it's going to work out all I can do is try
I like the shorter more frequent videos. I feel like banding is far less traumatic than surgical castration- plus you always have to worry about infection more with surgical.
Short updates and videos are fine! Y'all need to have a life, and enjoy life! If we're learning anything from the corona virus, lockdown, etc., I hope people can slow down and relax more!

Now I know why you cant wait to get back to a ranch lifestyle!
Hell, I wouldn't be running around doing sidekicks the next day either, and I don't even have balls.
😂😂😂😂😂
🤣🤣
Your son definitely empathized with them. I bet he was squinting his eyes and holding his breath each time you pulled their balls through the band.
Vader and Lodi will make beautiful babies...loaded with spunk and 'tude.
😂😂😂😂
I AM LOVING ALL THE VIDEOS, THANK YOU FOR ALL THE WORK YOU PUT IN TO MAKE THEM FOR US
Love the shirt on you. What food are you making besides cheese?
Nice update. Thank you. 😊
Nice colors on you Crystal!!
Thank you this video up date. It's very helpful; I watched the banding video, but it was reassuring to see how they are doing.

🤗
Me too! 💗
I enjoy your videos so much. Nota homesteader but just love animals nd learning new things.
That is the exact process we used on calves..it is the fastest, and easiest process for both you and the animal!
Thank you for videos. I was raised in Tx with cows, pigs, horses, sheep, but not goats. You are teaching me so much about taking care of my goats.

I love this format seeing longer segment of one or two things.
I absolutely cant wait to see babies out of Vaider and Legend!! They are GORGEOUS!! ALL your bucks are so handsome!!
Me either!!!
Love your shirt. Glad the banding works out so well.
I dunno about anyone else, but no matter what your format is you're on my top five channels that I get excited about when I see there's a new video
I really enjoy watching you all...very interesting...😁✌🏼
Thank you for the videos. We just gave our first 2 goats the cd&t vaccination and banded them ourselves. Your videos were so very helpful.
