The 1BR is one of the most efficient places Ive seen in the 30 sq meter range. Good that they took away the balcony for more living space. Have nice closets. Cabinet door covering the washing machine. Sink slant. Air purifier. Push cabinets. Tall ceiling. This place was tastefully done. How much is it? Short term and long?
Great video, thanks for sharing. I’m moving to Bangkok next year and will need to lease a unit for at least one or two years. Is it possible to get a lease without a long stay Visa? I’m looking to stay there for a couple months before I apply for my retirement .Thanks 😊
I'm searching for a new condo right now and I miss always the information if the price is only for a yearly contract. What about 1,3,6 months? Also the infos if you must pay deposit (most of the times 2x rent) and 1 rent in advance would be great in your next video mate.
@ProjectBangkok nope. This was a serious question and idea to improve these roomtour videos because with the dtv visa for example it's also interesting for remote workers. But for example In Germany it's not really allowed to work more than 179 days a year in a non eu country without getting problems with your taxes. So people looking for a mix. I think it's easy to put this information in one of the next videos.
@@ProjectBangkokI agree with what he said. it’s too expensive to stay in hotels and Airbnb‘s long-term. Are there any condos that you can get a shorter term lease? That would be very helpful to know. Thanks.
Why are most microwaves positioned under the counter? Sit on the floor to use? This seems to be common in most of the condo tours I’ve watched. Built in above the counter or placed on the counter is more useful.
@@ProjectBangkok It’s kind of like they confused it with an oven, which of course it isn’t. 🤔 They’re not built in, just occupying a large open space under the stove top. Can’t say I’ve seen an oven in any condo vid I’ve watched. Not that I’m interested in having either. At least it doesn’t take up counter space which can be quite limited (I’m interested in studio or 1 bedroom apartments, not larger units or houses).
The duplex is a bad idea, you may fall from the stairs at some point.. also the shower should be attached to the room and not on the 1st floor. The big apartment is amazing but irrelevant if you are just one person.
Pierre Listed is an awesome channel.
Very nice condo and Fai seemed very friendly and definitely knows a lot about the condo and area . Look forward to seeing more of these vlogs .
Glad you enjoyed it! She’s a pleasure to work it and knows so much about the city! Hopefully more videos to come
Faii is great, I hope you do more colab with her. Im on Rama 9 and considering a change, it looks ideal

Quite a nice view😁. How about the price of electricity / water bills?
Nice work guys. 🙏
Thank you 🙏🏻
Great video 👍 love those units, definitely on the list when I move out the tourist area
I’m glad you liked it! These units are a great option if you want to move away from the tourist areas.
I visited my friends condo in block building B , was quite nice with a good view too 😅

The eating options right inside the building...that is so insane! What are the hours?
Really love this condo, wish it was pet friendly tho omg :(
I need to cover some pet friendly condos on the channel actually
Do they have anything bigger than the 90sqm units?
Yeah its called a house.
Incredible value- too bad there is no shuttle access to SKYTRAIN at Rama 9.
I agree ☝🏻
At 13:30 no b roll when she's talking bro.. Come on.. She's cute af explaining everything

Your looking for an AirBnb Franko 😁

Are prices going up a lot over there?
22K for the 1 Bdrm is very reasonable for BKK.
How can we contact faii?
That first condo is maybe 18000 baht at the most. I do t blame the Thailand people trying to get as much as possible, negotiate and bargain
Actually it’s not a Thai owner. More prices can be negotiated here thankfully
No bathroom upstairs is not good. So you have to go downstairs each time you want to use the bathroom. 😮
Just need cheap robotaxis

Perhaps more of an after thought install

“Jack q she” I understand clearly 😂
What?
Wow. Her trying to say jacuzzi lol
22k 😂😂😂
Indeed 😁
You british sounding guys are flakes😂
1 bedroom unit is a joke price, tired of seeing overpriced shoeboxes like this. The 3 bedroom is worth it however.
50/50… I’ll take it
whats that lump on your head?
It’s my BS detector 😁
@ProjectBangkok along as your healthy
