There’s quite a few files and instructions which they sent as a dm not a link and it depends on your specific model and the region. If the forum isn’t helpful I would recommend contacting the seller of the kit as they offer to help getting the right software

No, you’d need a different head unit that supports video apps or screen mirroring

I would recommend an impact driver. Otherwise use a longer handled wrench for more leverage
Where did you find the kit and what was the cost?
I got it through Amazon. There’s a link in the video description for the one I ordered. Cost about $130 Australian dollars from memory.

Yes the vehicle must be stationary for touch to work
My wife recalls our 2016 Mazda 3 as having a touch screen, but this one doesn’t have it

I believe so. We tried a cheap wireless adapter on this that we got given but that didn’t work
