    All good dogs come from good owners. My Belgian Malinois spend time alone with my nephew when he was 2. The dog even let him rest in his kennel with him. Dogs are much more intuitive and empathetic than the general eye anticipates.

      Re all good dogs coming from good owners, you still need to account for selective breeding. It's not all nurture, there's some nature too.

    Lots of lip licking, crawling away and whale eye. The dog is stressed. Babies and dogs - not a good combination.

      Good observation. The lady in the video does not know her dog’s danger signs. The dog is trying to get away from the child but the mom doesn’t see it. One nip from that mouthful of teeth on baby’s face will leave terrible scars and the destruction of a good dog who tried to say “enough”.

    He doesn't like it. He keeps licking his lips and yawning. He wants the baby to stop

    Sweet but the baby shouldn't have been allowed to use nails or grab/pinch.

    The problem with this breed is that it's a WORKING breed, they need to have a job 12 hours a day , 7 days a week. Otherwise they get bored.
    You can see that she's bored. And they can become aggressive when they don't have a job.

    • @696303
      @696303 10 ปีที่แล้ว +10

      This is not a specific problem with this breed. Every man needs to work, too What do you mean by "work"?, They just need enough space and attention, and they are rather less aggressive than other breeds, but they need to be very close from their master, they don't bear the solitude

      No it's a working breed. It doesn't just need space and love. They are a herding breed, they need some for of task, just like Malinois or Dutch Shepherds

      "Its a working breed blah blah blah" Says the jack ass that has never had a working dog. I own two working dogs currently that are twice as protective and have twice the drive and energy of your average Beauceron. Believe me they need the proper amount of stimulation day to day. Every animal on earth does. Any dog will be a good dog if they get the proper socialization, leadership and handling.

      i have a beau, full bred and got her from a no kill shelter( go figure, what idiot would give this up for adoption) and yeah on the days i forget to walk her she will start to take peoples wrists in her mouth and lead them around the house or just herd our chihuahas up for fun. but shes intelligent enough to know how to turn that switch off i dont recall aggressiveness being a problem with the beau, just restlessness
