I have now watched about ten of Tiffany's videos and I have never understood crochet projects and stitches and tips better than now! Thank you for your time and energy. The education is very much appreciated.
I have a new great grandson coming in July - - my second - - I’m so excited about this!! You are exceptional and definitely have a talent for teaching!! Thank you so so very much!! ❤
Congratulations on your new baby Great Grandson!! We also have our first Grandbaby boy also due at the end of July!! I’m hoping I can figure out how to crochet this beautiful blanket!! ❤️💕🙏🏼
I love the extended single crochet stitch technique when carrying yarn along the way. I can avoid dodging the carried yarn when doing the next row. Very clever.
I've made this particular pattern now in just about every possible color! It works up so quickly! I've just finished my 7th blanket! :D Thank you so much for sharing this. I know a lot people who will be very happy and very warm come Christmastime. ^_^ ♥
@@DaisyFarmCrafts Gorgeous! Do you think a buffalo check blanket could be made this way? I like this stitch more than the stitch used on the other buffalo check blanket stitches I've seen.
My dad wants an orange and brown afghan. Frankly, my mind can't imagine an attractive brown/orange blanket, lol. But I think this is the pattern that will make it work!
Very 70’s sounding. You could make it look very autumnal. Maybe a bit of beige or off white to tone it down. On sorry. Just realized this comment was from a year ago.
Just discovered your channel, and have a great purpose for one of these blankets... a new grandson(# 6 grandchild!), So feel you on the middle having alot of “ yarn” come out just to get the end! Lol, was working a hat night before last, and started a new skein, and felt like Half the skein came out! Thank you for sharing, never made a gingham before! Look forward to doing this as soon as I get new hats for all my kids and grandkids for the winter done!
Your pattern is absolutely gorgeous! All of the blankets you and your daughter crochet are so very pretty. I saw your pink/white gingham blanket and thought it was beautiful BUT there’s something extra special about this blue/white blanket. Thanks for sharing.
I love using two strands! With this pattern it’s so awesome. I can’t wait to start one. Thank you for sharing. Your methods make so much sense. Happy New Year 🎆🎊🎈
Beautiful work! Clever ideas for Gingham and especially carrying the yarn throughout.... you given me some good techniques to use in the future for blankets. 👍👍👍
I really enjoyed watching that. I have always wanted to do a gingham but to nervous to do it. But your explanation and details has helped me along. I look forward to making something gingham in the future.
Hello. I love your gingham blankets. I have started this 1 but even though I did a practice swatch I had to take it back and restart several times. Now its coming along great. I have done it in pale blue and white. Its not perfect but I have learned a new stitch, how to crotchet with 2 strands of yarn, and how to carry yarn. Thank you. I am from the UK
After months of knitting and unknitting and knitting again, I finally finished it last night and it came out so good!!!!! ❤❤❤ It's so soft and the colours make me so happy... though I have to fight my cat for it, she loves it too 😅😅 Thank you so much for showing us how to do this amazing, beautiful blanket
I’m so in love with these gingham blankets! I’m on my second one..there are mistakes but they sill look good.. I think I have to pay attention to my yarn thickness.. I just grab a color that I like with out thinking about the weight of the yarn🙄
Thank u for showing how this pattern goes together. I'm going to use this pattern with black and white colors. I need to make the size twin bed size. Not sure how many stitches to cast on. I will figure that out I'm sure. Thanks again.
I hate yarn barf with a fiery passion! It seems to happen to me every single time with any yarn that is not Red Heart 🙄 lol Loved the video! Can’t wait to give this one a go! Keep up the great content, your tutorials are wonderful!
This is beautiful. It is my first try at a gingham blanket, but I couldnt get past unraveling all the yarn. I will definately try it again some other time as I'm in a time crunch...thank you!
If you wrap the tail around your thumb (about 8 to 10") then move to 2 or 3 finger tips, keeping the tail up on your thumb while making your ball you will create a "pull ball". My mother taught me how to do this, year's ago. It's so ball will not roll around collecting dust, strings, fur, and dirt.
Gorgeous! Do you think a buffalo check blanket could be made this way? I like this stitch more than the stitch used on the other buffalo check blanket stitches I've seen.
I want to make this a throw blanket, so to do this instead of chain 91 I would chain 182 correct? Then I would need 8 Navy and 8 White is that right? I have always done patterns to exact size. No babies in my life right now, but thought this would be a cute throw blanket on my couch.
How do you switch back to the white yarn? If its not being carried through when you use the dark and the double strand, are you just cutting it off where it ended and starting with a new strand when its time for white again? Thanks!
What is the 4Inch tension square stitches/rows. I am confused with size 3 yarn. Is it 4ply or Dk(8ply) as in NZ. Seems that it will be very thick and heavy with double strands
Tiffany is the only one l follow for my crocheting: She is the only crochterer l understand: l feel as though she is talking only directly to me. And then when l have a doubt, not sure, in the next moment, she answers my question! Really uncanny ! The camera-work is so focused!
I’m curious about your hooks! Where do you find inline hooks like that? The only ones I can find are tapered hooks and I cannot for the life of me crochet with those darn hooks, they snag on everything and are a real pain to work with! 🤣 I don’t know how anyone can crochet using tapered hooks, haha

I love the little tips and tricks you mention as you go!! Thank you for addressing the question about seeing the hidden yarn-I had that question, too!
From Canada, thank you!

Love navy!
Amazing. You've made this so feel so simple. I can't wait to try it. Thank you for your gift of crocheting.

I did without unravelling yarn

Love it again! I like the blue showing through the white. All your blankets are so beautiful and inspiring. Thanks 🤗👍
As much as I Love finished products and clarity in your videos I feel like the gingham blanket is too advanced for me but I will get to it eventually

Yarn Barf... I like that, cause I get SOOOOO irritated when that happens 😆
That’s beautiful stitch thank you
I just found you on TH-cam.....great patterns.
Beautiful and easy....
Just a tip so your work doesn't come undone is I put a knot in the end of my yarn and then slip knot on top of it
Thank you for your videos this is one pattern I've been wanting to learn. O no I hate that.
Thank you so much 🤍🪩
This is great. Thank you!
Just beautyful.

Love it thanks, I love rather use the carry the yarn across than sew all the ends in.
Stay calm it's fine

I think I have it thank you very much

Can you do a plain single stitch row for the first row of just the color of your chain?
Love the gingham!!! Have you tried anything like a plaid pattern?
Can I use a single strand of the separate colors even though I am using a double strand of the mixed?
In your original blanket, in your base chain how did you alternate colors??
Your nails are beautiful! Is that gel?
Hermosa!!!! Por favor subtitulos en español!!! Muchas gracias
Do you have tutorial on projects using 6 bulky yarn other than hats or beanies or scarves or cowls
How do you decide which color to pull in the front when you do the first stitch of the color change?
Me podría decir aproximadamente cuánto lana se lleva este proyecto? Gracias
Schön!❤
Question - What if you used veragated yarn?
If it was the right colors I would think it would work perfectly so I'm intrested to hear her answer. Also I want to know what kind of hooks she uses?
I’m curious about your hooks! Where do you find inline hooks like that? The only ones I can find are tapered hooks and I cannot for the life of me crochet with those darn hooks, they snag on everything and are a real pain to work with! 🤣 I don’t know how anyone can crochet using tapered hooks, haha
I'm intrested in know what brand her hooks are too.
