Sandra, when you said, “Be clear on your intentions” a crow flew over and said “CAW” really loud. Message received 🥰🙏

I really appreciated the reminder on avoiding yes/no questions. Loved the suggestion from Sandra to ask "what will my lessons be if I choose this road"
    Just perfect. :)

As a newer practitioner, I remember feeling so empowered, when Sandra told us (in several workshops I attended) that it was okay to tell your helping spirits that you didn't understand, and rephrase please. It was a chance to have a deeper conversation. Even so, sometimes what I got was all I was going to get 😂 . And sometimes, the answer would become clear only after one year, three years or more had passed. When I was ready. These answers were either shocking or quite profound.

    Great episode, thank you!
Lately when I have questions or when I feel like something is "off" in my life and I seek answers through divination or from my power helpers, I try to remember to simply ask, " what am I asleep at the wheel about?". That's me assuming that things feel off because my mind is in a loop or a habit that is preventing me from either having a greater awareness or feeling my connection to the greater energies in everything.
    Guess that's why it's called a 'practice'!

A couple of my corner stones are, I have absolutely faith in the fact that I will be taken care. And I have absolute faith that I will be protected, and it is so.🤘💀😎🤗

Thank you for another great show. I needed to hear the encouragement to leave a comment, so here it goes... I started my proper training in shamanism only about a year ago and come from a strongly intuitive, meditative and somatic path. I connected with the mystical teachings of Jesus (in my 20s), later with Buddhist teachings, the Buddha, deities like Tara, Vajrasattva, and other enlightened teachers. What you shared in this episode hits my nail on the head. While I would love to actively connect with a spirit animal/guide and am doing my best to be receptive, it doesn't seem to be happening for me. And same with journeying, as much as I try, the gatekeepers of the lower and upper world remain literally a figment of my imagination. And as I'm writing this, I realize that "imagination" nevertheless may be the key here. It's not really valued, encouraged or supported in Western culture, still stuck in its rational materialistic ways. I find it hard to grow out of this conditioned limitation and often doubt myself, thinking 'maybe this is not for me and I'm reaching too high'. I've had great success with practicing illuminations and extractions though, so I will keep going because my wise elder knows that only practice makes better, and that patience is the most difficult quality to attain. And that everything essentially unfolds in its own sacred time. We are blessed to have your guidance on this path. Much love 💛

I love this, being open to the spirit and not even asking a question. My experience has been that some spirits want to ignore me if I’m wanting something from them. Like that feeling of….oh, the baby is crying, just let her cry for a while and I’ll check on her later. So yeah, being open was a necessity for me. It’s like being more one with them in some way, in my experience.

Renee and Sandra, thank you for your expressions of love in such practical ways. Over the last twelve years--more consciously--I have practiced shamanism, and it has been evolutionary. I would never have described myself as a shaman. One reason was I am sensitive to cultural appropriation, but I had no idea that the things the spirits and the elements and the birds, especially, began showing me and communicating with me were in the realm of shamanic practice. No hesitation now. And I have come to know the Unseens (generalized term for these wonderful helpers) in real and personal ways. My point is that every time I hear you and others on the FB page speak of shamanic experience, I am encouraged and amazed because it's not like we have all been brought up in some specific indoctrination-type school setting like public education, which I left 12 years ago. Thank you both. Love and peace

While listening the sky turned a beautiful orange and then moved to a bright pink and purple! How marvelous the gift of color in the sky! I learned I need to get closer with my guides and really see them as more than just beings to ask questions to. After all they volunteered to be with me ❤🦁

When my brain can't settle down to ask a specific question, I ask an open ended question. When my body can't settle down, I ask for healing.
Sometimes it can take almost an hour of rephrasing my question to get to the heart of what I really need.

For me the big issue is how to actually feel they are here for those of us have a hard time connecting. But the thing is I have experienced a strong connection...but for some reason it's very blocked now so much of the time. I've done journeys that have been very strong. Received a spirit guide...felt the energy of spirit beings. But in last years can be such long periods where it's just like...veiled. But it's also strong ....when I work with another person who's energy is stronger ....or seems stronger than mine. Or at times with my own practices.

Thank you both for sharing your wisdom. 💜💜💜 I found the reminder that it's okay if I don't see and/or hear amazing details on a journey. I always feel a sense of peace. I still hope it will come someday. I've been feeling that I get direct downloads quite often, now that I am in a regular practice of grounding through my everyday life. I often feel like the hesitant deer with her fawn I saw on the road, the other day looking for the trail entrance while I slowly drove behind her. I go along following the breadcrumbs. 💜🙏💜🙏💜🙏
