  • Sandra Ingerman and Renee Baribeau have been diligent over the years of the show encouraging you to go deep with your practices instead of surfing the waves of gathering more and more spiritual information that really doesn’t help in the end. Of course we can inspired by others’ voices. But living the work and going deep into the practices that you feel are meaningful to you are ways to shift out of the dense field of the collective.
We all have the opportunity to shift into a higher state of consciousness and higher frequency if we do the work required.
This is a powerful show on encouraging you to really reach higher in your spiritual work to create true positive change for yourself and the planet.
Renee and Sandra share tools that you can use, but mostly encourage you to find your own tools to keep you anchored during challenging times. Please like and subscribe this podcast. Follow us on Shamanstv.com

Before I get out of bed each morning, I thank all of the elements, and then thank all of my body parts for being vibrant, healthy & perfect just the way they are. I started this about 6 months ago, and I love waking up this way! Thank you ladies!

Every day first thing I say an intention that everything I receive, think, see, hear, say, feel or do is greeted by or comes from a place of love and balance. That all thoughts and feelings are allowed to flow through. My physical practice is Qi Gong and I have two trees that I greet and communicate with. They hold incredible wisdom. Thanks for your beautiful honesty dear Shamans. I am working at greater authenticity in my expression and watching for those pesky thoughts and words that do not serve.

Thank you both for sharing that you struggle to go deep sometimes with your own practices. It really helps to know this and to be reminded of how challenging all our daily human distractions are, even for well seasoned shamanic teachers. Blessings to you both 🦉🙏🏼🕸✨🪶

Yes! Go deeper into the practice. I am always astounded on people who keep adding another practice, another course, another certificate… like a motor boat that covers a lot of distance and by doing that they think they know the ocean- when most of the ocean is below.

Yes Sandra, I really resonated with you reminding us that we need to work with the tools that we have been given after watching and immersing ourselves in workshops or summits, etc.. It s the use of the tools that we have been given that is most important in our individual journeys.

So glad I listened to this this morning. I've had a half ass spiritual practice off and on this past year. Working in retail takes me on a roller coaster ride of extremes. I often burn sage and ask for protection before heading out. This past week knocked me on my ass!! I need my practice to be biggest energy in my life or I will drown. You both help me to reconnect. Thank you so much.

I didn't intentionally abandon my spiritual and shamanic practice. But after I had accepted a demanding position as grant writer in the College of Medicine at a local university, my practice fell away. Without spirit, every aspect of my life (physical, mental, social) suffered. The COVID pandemic served as a gap year. I got the call back. But, it's only been this past year, I've been invited, coaxed, and guided by nature 🪺 the spirits 🐦‍🔥 and the 🌬 wind, to return to my shamanic practice. And yes, I had been doing a lot of surfing. That's how I found The Shamans Cave.

Every single morning I give thanks out loud to the Great Spirit along with Grandfather Sun and Grandmother Earth. Then I state "I will live very well today." I continue by saying the names of all the people that love me and thanking my Power Animals and Teachers one by one. Finally I honor those that have passed on that meant something in my life by name. That list just keeps getting longer and longer. What a great show and I thank you two for The Shaman's Cave.

'We're all preparing for our own death right now. We're finishing our unfinished business. It leads to just beauty. It doesn't hurt to go deep in your work." " You can have heaven on earth even when things may not be going the way you want" hit me deeply. It was sweet hearing about your precious friendship, and Sandra's relationship with her spouse. I have a lot of shared reality around being my worst client. I often get distracted and am currently simplifying my life. Morning practices that help me are writing for 30 mins a day, doing Reiki, singing the Morning Sun song , breathing exercises, picking out a crystal(s) for the day, etc and at night I like to think of good things I'm grateful for doing, and just listening to my breath. Sleeping with extra pillows and having my bed/ head face the east instead of the north has helped me as well. (I live in the northern hemisphere) Love to everyone!

One of the things I really enjoy about your videos is that you don’t try and act like what you say is the end-all-be-all final say on the matter. It’s nice because as lot of people do that, and it’s pretty frustrating.
    Thanks for everything you’re doing!

I begin my morning by setting my intention for the day and be grateful for the new day. I thank the elements while getting ready. I then do a morning ritual of gratitude, integration and practice. I clear my mind of all the stories and thoughts, word, actions, emotions, reactions and responses that do not serve me. This makes my conscious of these things during the day. As I catch my mind begin to wonder, I say to myself: “Story, story, story…”. And it stops. I am forever transmuting energies that do not serve me into light and love. It all works and makes me more present throughout the day. Before bed, I clear my mind and thank the Universe and Source for the experiences of the day. I also set my intention for my dream time. It is a way of living.

I very much needed to hear your message today. I have felt I have been struggling around my daily practices. With reaching out to my Spirit Team, journeying and other methods...I have found that it was as if a spiritual death has been occurring in order bring me to a new place. Just recently I have developed a new set of practices, day and night, and yes, it includes going deeper! They also include singing to the sun and moon. I feel revived, well...mostly...it will take daily practice once again to fully embody, but I feel hope. But I know sometimes there must be death in order for rebirth. Thank you for all you do and the message you share.

That last bit hit home wonderfully. My focus starts with my breath and lately how I can be more flexible - in the thinking (returning to curiosity), in my schedule and routines, and laughing when I notice my ego trying to retake control. Breath work helps me get into my subconscious and get present at the same time. These things aren't easy all of the time; being gentle with myself is an ongoing practice ;)
    Tanks so much!

Funny, as I've been working on a book (and backing away from it, then tweaking it, then backing away again...), I've found myself struggling with personal and spiritual issues and thinking, 'Who am I to write this when I have these issues?' -- only to realize that if I'd practice what I'm preaching, so to speak, the issues wouldn't be issues. In other words, I've realized that, as Sandra said, I'm writing the book for myself.

I just heard the comment about healing. My teacher keeps reminding me that sometimes all I can do is help symptoms, Source has a plan, and removing the dis-ease is not part of the plan. Before I do any healing, I must ask for Divine permission.

I'm really struggling with choosing some practices. My spiritual life has been expanding rapidly over the past 6ish months. So fast and so far that I feel like I'm still reeling from it, after years of feeling stuck (and doing hidden work). Right now I can't even figure out what to focus on daily, there are at last 20 practices I want to focus on but clearly that isn't going to work. But, I'm honestly not sure what I want to work on.

    • @xXGuitarNinjaXx
      @xXGuitarNinjaXx ปีที่แล้ว +1

I can relate with this... What helped me with this is proclaiming three symbols (or whatever number works, I recommend no more than 5 to start) that you believe represents your own 'customized' spiritual system and identity. Examples of this may be the feather, the lotus flower, a long-sword, the sun-cross, or even a geometric shape such a 7-point star. Do research into symbology and make it your own. Then as you explore all of the spiritual elements, around the globe or not, it may be far more effortless to connect with these multiple facets of spirituality when you can see yourself in the details rather than approaching the whole idea of the system itself and making such grand entrance at the large gates of what's on the surface of said spiritual system in particular. Hope this helps fellow visionary!
