Aww, Sheeba did a great job! Hissing, mewing and swatting is the only way she can express her pain. She looked so much more relaxed after the adjustment, I’m sure it helped!

Sheba sounded like she was ready to take you out! What a regal name for such a beautiful cat. Her mama has such a relaxing and beautiful voice, and she was so encouraging to her fur baby. I hope Sheba feels better, and thinks a little more kindly towards you.😼
Poor kitty. I have a cat that can't stand the vet b/c her first round of vaccines didn't go well. Sheeba's concern was totally understandable. Such a beautiful kitty and rescued from the streets. So pawsome!
Good soft energy! Sheeba was very accepting even though she was nervous at first. She was actually surprised that her thoracic owie was gone after you adjusted it! So much pain, but hopefully you can continue to help this stately lady!
Sheeba is going to improve, she's already acting exactly like good a cat, independent and uncooperative. Beautiful cat and mum Looking forward to an update
What a sweet kitty! Once she was home and calmed down I'm sure she showed much improvement. Sending love to her guardian, having a sick pet is always trying ❤
My 15 yr old rescue Alfie crossed over the rainbow bridge two weeks ago… he was going blind and deaf…he was the purest of example of a grumpy , old man! I love this cat. She sounds like a human talking when she meows. Sorry Dr Doug it was a little bit funny when she smacked your arm 🤣. I am sorry but I did have a good laugh. She reminds me of an independent lady that ain't gonna take no crap from nobody lol. Again sorry Dr Doug. She sure doesn't look 13 wow ! Thanks Dr Doug for all you do for help all the animals even the sassy independent ones 😉🐈⬛❤
Sheba says nope you let that man touch me I'm not going to walk for you. 🤣 Cats are so stubborn they just don't do what you want them to do they're in charge! I'm sure when they get home Sheba will show Mom that sultry walk. 😁 Great job Dr Doug. I hope they come back or give you a update. Have a great week everyone. 🤗
Dr. Doug is just so kind. When I've had a bad day and been bounced around or personalities have grated on me, I watch an episode. I just soak in the kindness as second-hand therapy. Also he's very funny, and usually gets me to laugh too. So thank you very much to Dr. Doug, his patients, and his film team. Your art is highly appreciated.
Tiny darling!! We love cats and ours are vocal too, so when Sheba did a quick shake and sat tall on the sill, quietly composing herself after her first adjustments, that was an excellent sign and she seemed very content to sit elegantly and consider her health. Huge Love to Sheba and all the help you both gave her aww
Sheeba was super talkative. She was singing your praises Doc for helping her. Her mom was so calming. You had a gentle way with her too. Nice video. Your TikTok video with her got some nice views too! 😊🐶💯
Miss Sheeba certainly makes sure that you know exactly how she feels about you, right from the beginning!! I'm glad that you were able to help her out, even if she didn't really seem to appreciate your efforts! I do hope that she comes back with a better attitude, realizing that you were just wanting to make her more comfortable, but at her age, I wouldn't count on it! Thanks for taking care of her anyway, Doc! Females can definitely get cranky as we get older! Have a blessed week, Doc and friends!!
This kitty reminds me sooo much of our Nannah, a 15+ year old dumpster kitty we saved. She acts just like her, kinda contrary but opens up when she’s feels she can trust you. Atta boy for helping her out doc!
Beautiful Sheeba. 😘 I’m so sorry she’s experiencing health issues. Dr. Doug, you’re so kind and loving with her. I so wish my kitties were still here. I would have brought them to see you. I love how gentle and sweet you are with the animals you work with especially when they are not feeling well. Great job! 🥰
You are so patient and kind. I wish there were practitioners like you in the UK. We rescued a skinny but gorgeous old cat. Basically to make her remaining months the best we could. She gained a bit of weight but her coat went from dull and dandruffy to bright and shiny. She lasted another 5 years! Sadly she got run over by a car but dragged her self home. Her back end didnt match her front end. I panicked and rang the vets. She was xrayed and hadnt broken any bones or her pelvis. It took time and meds for her to heal. She was at least 15/16 . If I could have got her your treatment, I feel she might not have had so much pain and trauma. She was a tough old cookie, a purr like a tractor, very vocal, very friendly, slept on her face, a super cat. Bless you. X
Sheeba look's exactly like the kitten that showed up in my life which I call Sha Minka :) Mine is slighly less vocal though haha ..Another fine job done Douglas .

I was thinking it may not go well when Sheeba didn’t want to be touched by the Doc at the start. But he gets his magic done as always. Bad blood draw :(( wondered whether Sheeba also drew blood! No is no, eh Sheeba? Walkies only on her own terms. Lovely owner too, both warm and relaxing energy at the same time. She had a lovely voice (as did Sheeba!)
When you were finished she sat and stretched her back on the windowsill. It looked as if she felt better as she sat & straightened her back to me. Good job.
Such a beautiful wee cat....not at all happy to be touched but I hope it helped her. Doug you have such a gentle touch with the animals, you do so much good !

Well done Doc!! I'm sure Sheba will be feeling better soon!! Glad to hear that you're over your Spring/Summer cold, and working on again, AND sounding normal again!! Love from your friend in Ontario, Canada, Jenn.. 💖 💖 🇨🇦🇺🇸🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
Hello, beautiful girl. I hope you feel much better now and will be able to move around easier. Your mom is going to make sure you get the very best care and so much love (sending you some love from Bina and from me too.)
Keeping it real. She was a tough "customer" but you should so much patience. We thought my kitty would be an extrovent. We were wrong. I love seeing the relief afterwards. 👏
Dr Willen, Sheeba is very opinionated, wants to be heard, this is the first time I’m seeing a cat 🐱this fun to be around. When she kicked your hand, it’s undesirable cause shes in pain, got to know and trust you first. Her owner is very nice 👍, she calmed her down while you’ve adjusted her by keeping your distance, that was awesome 👏, you still managed to help. I hope she gets better and comes back for more adjustments, I’ve heard the first crack. Enjoy the rest of your Sunday doc, this is why we love you, for your generosity, kind heart and being nice 👍, thank you 🙏for that. P.S. Nugget watch out Sheeba is your competition for cuteness
how old is sheeba? i have three cats i see no chance you could touch any of them, they would get too crazy. its a blessing when a cat can get relaxed in other surroundings like sheeba. she sat so tall after the adjustment. obviously a change
Please please please, darling Sheeba, let Doc help with your hurt - breathe in - breathe out - calm calm calm. I do hope you were able to help her with her obvious sore spots, Doc, I think it pains her lovely mama so much to hear her baba crying - but she's trying to stay strong for Sheeba so you can work your magic.
Shiba is the perfect name for a black hat she's pretty good job dog you calmed her down you could tell she was all tense up and everything like her mom said the last dog took some blood out of her so that's that's very understandable but very very pretty cat she likes to talk though that's okay what a pretty cat I like the name Sheba have a good day
Thank you for posting! In the future when you make these videos, would you be willing to explain what each specific spinal adjustment does for the cat or what parts of their body it could be affecting?
I see Mama needs to relax too and let the adjustments do their job. Too much fast petting gets the cat even more nervous. I know it's scary, but it's a small discomfort that will bring much relief. Calm your mind and just be present. :-)
Has she had tests for thyroid issus. my 13 yr old cat had lost weight, was very vocal especially at night always seemed hungry but also fussy about food and most telling her fur looked thin and sort of greasy and separated. Also a fast heart beat at resting. turned out she was hyperthyroid and needed a daily med.
I'm guessing Sheba is part Siamese, my vet told me that black cars are, more of a possibility if there are reverse markings, Sheba's voice sounded Siamese to me. Beautiful girl, I know she will be feeling better after the kind doctor has treated her.✝️🌼🌸🌺🐈⬛💖
@@AnimalCrackerDrDougWillen I am wondering if you could give me some suggestions for my cat, his hind legs, and especially his left leg, is unstable, and it drags, I can hear his claws on the flooring, it started as a wobble and almost falling, I have been watching him closely and realize that it is definitely the left leg. The vet hasn't a clue, if my cat could be given x-ray and, or ultrasound maybe the problem could be seen. I'm low income, the local Humane Society has my kitty on a senior program, he is a rescue, so we don't know his age, they are covering costs for me, recently had all teeth pulled. What I am wondering is are there any exercise/therapy moves I can do for him? No one like you here on the central Oregon coast. I'm afraid that the longer my cat goes without something being done, the more likely it will get worse, or locked into it's misplacement. He also pees often, no straining, and today I found some drops of blood in his urine. This not much information to offer, I need to call H.S. to okay x-ray or ultrasound. In the meantime, is there any advice you can offer me? Thank you, God bless you and yours and keep you safe.✝️🐈⬛🌹🌼🌸🌺
@@AnimalCrackerDrDougWillen I have only found your program recently and enjoy watching how the adjustments are done, I use alternative healing remedies for my pets, I believe symptoms are to direct us to the cause of the symptom. I admire what you do and the attitude that you have towards helping animals heal... And I need to apologize for asking for suggestions concerning my crippled cat. Explaining what you are doing as you go about making adjustments is very interesting... However, those of us who have no access to this form of healing are with out hope of ever seeing our pets get well, and it's a sad thing. I wish more chiropractors worked with animals. Thank you for your caring work. God bless you and yours and keep you safe.
This guy helps so many people and animals and I can’t get 3 doctors for almost 4 years figure out why I have severe pain in my lower back. I need to find this guy cuz I’m desperate at this point
I had a black, moody, chatty cat named Sheba... and she had a lot to say, just like your Sheeba. I think my cat reincarnated because they could be twins! Dang she was stubborn too..... this is all too familiar, and I can't stop chuckling. My Sheba was very opinionated.... and I have Deja vu! Thank you! lol
I think that unfortunately, the owners behavior is what cut this adjustment short. Not only was she constantly restraining Sheba, even when unnecessary, but putting her hands directly on the areas that are the most painful. The doc immediately pointed out that she was favoring her rear right leg, and she was flinching away from contact with her rear end but that's where the owner continued to put her hands. It's the cause of the outburst that made the doc sit back for a second and I think the cause of Sheba getting too overwhelmed to get her sacrum and hips adjusted like she badly needed. I hope she comes back and you can get that done for her!
My cat is just like that since 1 year old and she's now 9. I wish I could help her out like that I've got a lot of rescues she is always on the bed, and always with me as much as possible.not with a dragging foot though.
The clumpy fur may mean the area is difficult to groom without pain. Cats hide pain but they can’t hide the lack of grooming! Think of all the contortions they need to do to reach all spots. I noticed this after the fact when my chiropractor adjusted my 18 year old cats hips and she resumed jumping and grooming.
Poor scaredy-cat! Sheeba's experience at the vet must've really traumatised her! 😔 Hopefully she will be in a better mood the next time around, since she looked anxious and was not sure of what to make of anything... With any luck, she'll feel batter enough to associate it with coming to your office the next time around.🤞 P.S. Judging from her voice and build, I'd say Sheeba is part Siamese cat - could be half. We once had a half-ragdoll cat and he was a sleek black cat - different build and voice though.
I wonder if she's part Bombay, my eldest is half Bombay, and acts vety similar, even a similar face shape, very talkitive and not afraid to give a smack if she wants you to stop touching her. She's 14 now❤
I feel the misalignments when I palpate the muscle tone along the spine and when I check the joints. I could do guinea pigs too. Thanks for connecting.
Aww, Sheeba did a great job! Hissing, mewing and swatting is the only way she can express her pain. She looked so much more relaxed after the adjustment, I’m sure it helped!

Sorry to hear that!
Thank you! lol
Thanks for sharing your story!
Sheba's gorgeous
Aww ❤❤❤
Loooks like my cat. Only my cat is very vicious 😂
Try and pick my cat up- your going to end up in hospital
Hi Courtney, awesome :) thanks for sharing.
Hope to see an update in a bit on Sheeba and how she's walking.
Sheba you're so beautiful.🐯
Wow amazing story! thanks for sharing Penny!
Sheba is the best
Her tail says it all ,even without the vocalizations.
She got questions 😂
Yes, she sure did!
A true black beauty
Poor scaredy-cat! Sheeba's experience at the vet must've really traumatised her! 😔
Hopefully she will be in a better mood the next time around, since she looked anxious and was not sure of what to make of anything... With any luck, she'll feel batter enough to associate it with coming to your office the next time around.🤞
P.S. Judging from her voice and build, I'd say Sheeba is part Siamese cat - could be half. We once had a half-ragdoll cat and he was a sleek black cat - different build and voice though.
Thank you for sharing Jason I appreciate.
I wonder if she's part Bombay, my eldest is half Bombay, and acts vety similar, even a similar face shape, very talkitive and not afraid to give a smack if she wants you to stop touching her. She's 14 now❤
How is Sheba doing now?
How do you know if an animal needs an adjustment just wondering and have you ever done guinea pigs?
I feel the misalignments when I palpate the muscle tone along the spine and when I check the joints. I could do guinea pigs too. Thanks for connecting.
Owner made a big mistake using the words of pain "draw blood," which set the cat into a mind that this was a Vet.
Rotton 😈🙀😻 watch the tail 🤩
😍!!!
