Thank you for putting this together, but wasn't the discovery of magic (for humans) prior to the rise and then end of the Combine empire? The Combine use loads of magic and constructed the Nexus system along with there being at least one book (Ocean of Tears) that goes over the human mages included with the retinue for the Emperor.
This creation story is a combination of the Beta Lore and the Official EQ Lore which can be found here everquest.allakhazam.com/wiki/Beta_Lore & web.archive.org/web/20160413012059/www.everquest.com/lore . In most cases I went with the BETA Lore as the story it tells more closely matches that of the world of EQ that we as the players experience, it also does a better job of explaining some things that the "official" lore does not cover. The "official" EQ lore pages are no longer available outside of The Wayback Machine so I am unsure if they are even considered canon anymore by the current owners of Everquest.
It wasn't the ogres that invaded Plane of Earth. Rallos Zek created an army called the Rallosian Army made of all his creations and after they conquered all of Norrath, he broke them in to the elemental plane of earth and lead the assault himself.
