It’s nice that you don’t interrupt the person talking about the features of the camper. Some other TH-cam hosts interrupt constantly, keep up the good work Robert. So happy for you to have the connection with Winnebago …. Just might help them build what people want and increase market share.
Robert so glad you are loving the slide out, was sure you would once you used it a few times. Nothing beats that extra openness and especially if you are working in the RV like you do so much. Per the fridge, while we can open ours with slide-outs in, we try to keep the things we need most in the easy to access spots. We too loose a cabinet and one we do use, but it is above the sink and below it and we use those areas for things we do not need while at a rest area, etc. While that a/c unit is not cheap, sure it is well worth it on so many levels, the quiet operation, the ability to run on the inverter and sure like their other products built far better than most products in the RV industry. If I recall your a/c is not 12 volt, but I know in Europe they do have one that runs off of 12 volt. Per the shower, I think the older we get the more we appreciate a larger shower. I do wish they could have worked something out with ProPride. In future reviews you will need to let us know how long you can go without using shore power or hooking up to a generator. LOVE seeing you so happy with all that was done for you. I am sure many of us look forward to tours you should get of places that make these products you are using/testing.
Loving the upgrades!!!! Lithium and solar on that level would be GREAT option from the factory. Also looking forward to more info on the Truma air conditioner. Finally someone raising the game in air conditioners!
Congrats..... Minitini lll, looks comfortable and functional. Excellent review.... enjoy, keep safe...... and see you on the road.....Love ....Mom,,,>>>
Nice video. Since you the manufacturer’s ear, maybe you might want to mention to them that it would be nice for them to seal all the openings coming from the outside to the inside during construction. Fender wells, plumbing and electric penetrations all have large gaps that let insects , rodents and road dust in underneath the cabinets and can be sealed at the factory in minutes if done before the cabinets are installed
As good as the old camper was this new one has wonderful new features and technology. Enjoy many happy hours, days and miles of exploring and discovering new experiences and destinations. 🙏🇺🇸🤗
Kudos to Winnebago and equipment suppliers with that new rig; it's great to see that they are working with such a keen and experienced RV-er as yourself who we trust to tell us exactly what its like.
We are sold. Thank you for the video. The 2108DS has been the RV we have been saving for since you showed it at the Tampa RV Show. Thanks Robert. Look forward to more reviews.
Rick while Winnebago is good, keep in mind that not everything on this current Robert build is available to the general public, YET. But do let Winnebago know what you love and are willing to pay a little extra for. I personally think the extras could be a game changer and keep resale value higher than a normal build trailer.
@@forry100 Yes I know. Thank you for the heads up. We have been looking and researching RVs since prior to the pandemic and the Winnebago has been the one we keep coming back to.
@@rickskidmore3075 not sure if I asked you before, maybe on Facebook, do you have family in Ohio? I have great grandparents, maybe great-great, that are Skidmore's in the West Mansfield area of Ohio (in Logan county, not far from Bellefontaine and Marysville). Do not have access to my records at the moment and getting too old to remember everything to recall what generation, but on my grandpa Forry's side. I believe the Skidmore families still own a lot of farm land in that area.
Robert and Illy (sorry if sp is incorrect) This is just a THANK YOU. Why you ask? Well, I don't know about others, but 2020 & 2021 has been extremely difficult...I lost my job thanks to COVID, and at 53, finding another one has not been easy or productive at this juncture, and I have found myself sinking into depression which is a daily battle. You guys and your videos help keep the darkness at bay, and even bring smiles and laughs. You remind me there ARE still kind people out there in the world when at times we are bombarded with ugliness. I find myself rewatching 2019 videos thinking how we took that year for granted and wish we could go back and hit pause. Anyway, thank you again for allowing me to utilize your videos as an avenue to fight my way through my "valley" as I attempt to climb up in search of the next summit. You guys are appreciated more than you could possibly imagine, and may God continue to bless you for blessing us with your work. Much love and deep gratitude. Shannon Windsor P.S....My 18yr old son says hello and he enjoys you also. (I got him into after he lost his Dad to cancer 12/27/19.)
@TravelingRobert did you and Illy pray for me last night??? My former employer LITERALLY called me this morning asking if I'd be willing to come back to work. 😭 Thank you. 💕
Safe travels and best of luck with Minnitini III. We’ll also be traveling through the Northeast/New England states this Fall. We’ll keep an eye out for you 😎
Hello Traveling Robert😊😊🎵🎵🎸🎸, such a beautiful new RV and bigger too. I'm looking forward to your next road trip with the new Minitini 3. Great video Robert👍👍👍👍👍👍👍.
Great video. I love that AC. All folks involved did a great job. You can see they respect you and trust your input. BTW, Mini Tini 2 did you well and you will always have the memories. I'm on RV # 5. It pleases me to know a part of me will always be with my previous rigs, no matter how hard they clean the black tank.😁😁
WOW!!!! Congratulations on the New Home. May you and your Lovely Lady have many happy travels in Mini Tini III and continue to create wonderful videos - From your fans in La Tortuga II
Excellent video Robert, sad to see Minitini 2 go. Minitini 3 is very stylist, has amazing features lovely big shower, and lovely large fridge/freezer. I like how the Murphy bed provides heaps of seating for visitors. It will be great to see how much more boon docking you can do. Lovely annex. Caravans have come along way from the heavy horrible wood look. They think of everything these days. I hope she makes Winnebago proud. Very reasonable price. Great to have a attached bench if you would like to use that for BBQ or drinks etc , Outside shower is a great idea to clean your feet or wash pets on the road. I wish Australia had a bigger RC industry. Cant wait to seeing you on the road. Thank you Robert for sharing
I am excited to see that Winnebago is actually using the experiences of an actual user to improve the trailer. This is truly listening to the end user's input. I wish that Winnebago includes some of the great features of the Ekko into their trailers. For instance, maximizing storage space, the pivoting lavatory wall in the bathroom, and the Froli systems mattress spring-like base (not sure if Winnebago uses Froli System or other brand). Winnebago, if you make a larger Ekko-like Class C with a diesel engine with the features included in the Ekko and the improvements shown in this Micro Minnie 2108DS, it would be a home-run. I would buy it right away. Great job Robert and enjoy the Minitini III.
Ya know, I'm seeing RV Storage lots filling up to capacity. Seems like others don't have the same mantra of seeing the USA. Don't store them, use them.
very nice Winnebago, i love murphy beds you never have to make them ) I love the convection microwave I never use the oven so I would rather have it the storage. Amazing air conditoner.
Oh man, it's been a minute since I've watched one of your videos. So glad the intro song is the same. Gave me the warm fuzzies. Lots of fond memories watching your older videos.
Congratulations Robert on your new traveling home. It’s cool that you have such a great relationship with the folks at Winnebago. If I ever get to the factory I’ll tell them that Robert sent me. LOL.
hello mr robert nice to see your new Winnebago RV so nice and beautiful inside and outside hope you can cvisit in florida the villages i miss that place too when i take my vacation way back 2016 hope you can update the new places of the villages thank you and god bless in your INFORMATIVE ROADTRIP
Hello Robert, greetings from 305. Congratulations 🍾 on your new Winnebago Micro Minnie 2108DS - Affectionately nicknamed “Minitini lll” Looks like Winnebago keeps improving an already excellent platform. The company is fortunate to have a great ambassador in you. I’m certain that your real world testing, providing good honest feedback has helped them in making those product improvements. Thanks for sharing, stay safe, till your next adventure 👍🇺🇸
This is probably one of the best thought out small travel trailer I’ve ever seen offered by a manufacturer. It has me rethinking about buying a towable travel trailer vs a RV.
Thank you so much for the tour - We took delivery on our new 2021B #2108DS this week with 12v refridgerator, 100 watt solar, dinette and murphy bed. Eagerly watching to see how you organize MT#3. Concerning power supply, my intent is to upgrade to a vehicle with onboard power. Either the new Tundra or Ford F150 hybrids with onboard generator / inverter will do. Again thanks
We have been binge watching your episodes this weekend from Minitini 1 to 3 Really enjoyed it so far New RVer Keep up the new product reviews. Really helpful.
Felicidades!!!
That longer hitch makes it nice to be able to open the tailgate, but it also creates more leverage which increases the load on the Trucks rear axle, and provides a longer lever for the trailer to push the back of the truck around. If you are experiencing more sway, try shortening the hitch. I tow a MiniLite 2104s with a Colorado and shortening the length of the the hitch made a HUGE difference.
American Ingenuity: Robert, people like you who are providing real-customer suggestions show just how powerful a product design can be when a factory listens. This is just one compelling travel trailer.....I hate the cliche "game changer" but is sure applies here.
Wow new digs, wonderful new experience. It's that much bigger to pull. I hope because of that you might stay longer at each spot. To explore more. I like the hydraulic to stabilize the trailer that's something I can deal with, just push a button. Enjoy it!
I love this floor plan but for three things…one, rearrange the toilet so it’s not in view…two, conceal the leveler buttons within a latch box as to keep children from playing with the rocker switches and three, adding two windows on the sides of the slide-out for more views, daylight and cross ventilation… Enjoy the new Minnietini III…From Royal Palm Beach, FL; thank you for taking us along on your cross-country adventures Robert!!

Hi Robert. Love the new Minitini 111. On my list to add to my Rv is the TPM tire monitor system. Also would love the cold water recirculating system for the shower. Also something that would really help with my grey water tank is the new electric ball joint valve to allow offloading grey water if in an appropriate spot. Seeing them on the new Class B vans. Love the Truma units and especially that new air conditioner. Wow! I know you are enjoying the slide and the new larger space and larger frig.
Great job on trading in for Minitini III ! I'm glad that the AC works- I take it very well( maybe too well, maybe? 🥶🤭-I think it's great, especially on those very hot 🌞days)! The system with and new home for your batteries is awesome!⚡ For saving and heating up your water,🚿 I love the new upgrades! It's now much easier with the Wi-Fi system!📱💻 Everyone there has done a fantastic job getting everything fully prepped with the Minitini III ! And now it's time for new adventures on the road! 🌄🌅
I also had the husky weight distribution system to connect my Chevy Silverado HD 2500 to my 29 foot Kodiak ultimate… that weight distribution system is very beefy! Ha ha Assembly and disassembly when you’re removing it from your truck can be a little tricky at times. I got a little careless with it one time when I was setting up camp two years ago. One of those weight distribution bars landed on my toe, busting it!! OUCH!!

Magnificent! Looking forward to your adventures in Minitini III.
Very nice. I'm jealous of that ac unit. The dometic unit is so loud you cannot have a conversation. Might have to upgrade some day.
I am jealous too, going to keep an eye open when that unit hits the US market officially, may have to upgrade my current trailer.
Well done Robert.. very thorough!
Great features in your new rig. Happy camping!

Qué continúen tus Bendiciones. Y a recorrer más millas por hermosos lugares en tu nuevo RV, para nuestro deleite.
Great video Robert good information about the micro minis!
This is my favorite from the Winnebago line. Love the murphy bed and bath. Would rather have the kitchen on the other side tho.
oh, Robert, you've come a long way. go, go, go!

Hi Robert. Love the new Minitini 111.
On my list to add to my Rv is the TPM tire monitor system.
