SMOKEY HALO EYESHADOW TUTORIAL | FOR HOODED & NON HOODED EYES | MAKEUP TUTORIAL

Hey everyone! This video is all about the eyes. I wanted to do an in depth eye look that was really easy and something both hooded and non-hooded eye types could do. You don’t have to do this warm tones, I’ve done it warm toned truly because I just wanted to use the palette I use. This looks absolutely amazing as a cool toned eye.
