NOTE: If you have a 2006 Camry- do not follow this video. There are bolts and nuts that MUST be removed by accessing the sheet metal under the trunk upholstery along the wheel well AND in the rear corners near the tail lights. I followed this vid and broke the first side of the bumper (pulling on it like he does) before I realized I screwed up. I would have done my own video, but I couldn't have passed TH-cam's anti-profanity regs.
Wow this is an excellent video! I just bought a used 2009 sedan LE and got some scratches on the bumper. When I find a replacement I will refer to this video to DIY.

I would kindly appreciate what the size the screws were you removed and and you mentioned in the back bottom how they used like a zip tye what is normally suppose to there? Thanks. I have a Toyota Camry and i really think bumper is fine just missing the screws to tighten the back.

My 2006 Toyota Camry has 4 bolts holding the bumper to the trunk of the car so you gotta get in their and remove the cover first and than proceed to remove those bolts. The bolts are clipped onto the bumper
What if you can't get the bumper to snap in precisely because it won't snap in?due to age and it won't snap in tight, looks crook it sticking out in certain areas.
I just bought one from ebay today that comes painted.. It was the highest quality one I could find (also the most expensive at 460 bucks plus tax), still a heck of a lot cheaper than the body shops around here wanted. I'll let you know how good the quality is.
Just in case you're wondering the quality was great. The paint was perfect match to the body and I saved about 500 bucks from the cheapest estimate to fix it from the body shops around here.

I don't need a masked Tape, it's really no problem if one don't use a masked Tape. But the Video is good!!!

Why did you put the masking tape?
