    I love lanoguard and I think your up to a year durability is a massive understatement. I applied a heavy coat once to my 4x4 family SUV in September 2021 and I'm getting ready to reapply it this week. I jet washed the undercarriage and after it dried up you can definitely still see that lanoguard is still there. The car has done about 15K miles in that time and it gets used mostly during the winter months and on bad weather days in the north of England.

    Fantastic product.
    Really versatile, easy to use, excellent benefits.
    Used on my 2015 L200, albeit it's a driveway prince, it lives outside permanently so I felt was a useful product to apply to the chassis engine, suspension etc etc
    It's only got 9k miles on it since I purchased it brand new in 2015 and this definitely helps keep it in tip top condition. Yes I only use it on high days & holidays as the old saying goes.
    Fantastic, great product.
    Nothing else to say really, apart from keep up the good work Lanoguard.
    I've got to do my yearly top up this Nov, ive used it since I brought my L200, so I'm proud to say I can still eat my dinner off of the underside of my truck 🤔🤔 as its so clean & protected so will be in contact soon to purchase another few litres/kit.
    Alan L200

    What about applying into the factory undercoating? Mine has the rubber/bitumen based undercoating that's from the factory. Can i apply it so it penetrated the old cracked underseal and keeps the water and salt away?

    • @Lanoguard
      @Lanoguard  9 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      Hi, yes, Lanoguard is generally inert and doesn’t disturb any existing coatings on your vehicle. All that said, it is important to ensure that any existing coating is stable, adhered well and isn't cracked.
      If the surface you apply Lanoguard too is any of these things, then it is possible that parts /chips/bits of the existing surface coating could come off taking the Lanoguard with it. It is advisable to ensure it is sound first and once applied, a month later, check that the surface is still solid and nothing is exposed. If you notice any spots where you missed or where existing old coating has come away, then you can simply spray over that area again. I hope this is helpful

    Just ordered a kit for my 1996 Celica! However I was just wondering, some people advise washing the underside regularly over the winter months to remove any salt picked up from the roads. Is this safe to do with an existing lanoguard coating or does it wash off easily? Or is the lanoguard coating sufficient on its own without any washing in the winter months. Thankyou :)

      Hi, When Lanoguard is fully dry it has a candle wax feel it does not dry solid like paint would. It’s a non-curing coat which we developed, allowing it the properties it has, such as self-healing, no cracking, non-evaporating etc. It is also jet wash resistant 3000psi therefore you can jet wash the salt, dirt and road grit off, but the Lanoguard will stay in place doing its job. I hope this answers your question, Jen

    If you clean the car off underneath by jet washing and brushing to agitate dirt off. Do you have to wait for it to dry underneath before applying the treatment? Thanks

      Hi, We don’t recommend applying Lanoguard to a damp surface, but it can be applied in damp weather conditions. It is of course better to apply when the vehicle is fully dry for optimal results. Slightly damp is okay, as Lanoguard will displace moisture to an extent. Hope this is helpful

    Hello. So, can we apply your product on exhausts and catalytic converters?

    • @Lanoguard
      @Lanoguard  11 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Hi, yes, You can spray over and protect all areas underbody with Lanoguard including electrics, rubbers, and plastics and even the exhaust meaning when using Lanoguard no masking up is needed. The areas to avoid are the brake discs and pads, you can cover these if you prefer or shield them when spraying near, I hope this helps

    Hi, does the underbody need a salt remover treatment first or is a power wash definitely enough before treating?

    • @Lanoguard
      @Lanoguard  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Hi, A jet wash should be enough prior to Lanoguard, do ensure the underbody is dry before applying the Lanoguard. Lanoguard when applied provides a complete hermetic seal on the surface, therefore so no oxygen or water can get in. Hence no more rusting s can take place as the product also chemically bonds to the metal. Without moisture and oxygen present at the surface, salt is harmless. If there is any salt left after a jet washing - as Lanoguard cured and bonds to the metal surface, over time it can also draw out any salt deposit left on the underbody and you can simply get wash these off. I hope this is useful,
