DJ, love how you break things down! Cold emails, specifically the warmup phase, need accuracy. Mystrika wrapped it up brilliantly, having multiple languages in the mix helps a ton, particularly with international believers. They throw in a masterclass guide that actually, like, makes learning curve bearable. Mystrika deserves a try if sticking out is your aim.
Hey DJ, following this rep management drill-genius! I have been pairing Mystrika with another SAAS, and the experience has transformed. The AI-authoring and personalization tailored my emails just right. The ecosystem feels more whole with tag management, like a dream come true when scaling content. If broadening outreach is what you need, suited upping it. Give it a shot.
I just set this all up and it took about an hour to do. Really awesome workflow and appreciate your transparency! One quick question though - I noticed that you're on-going reputation campaign is activated by "won" opportunities. Wouldn't this include customers who have been through the contest campaigns before? I have added a "If/else" step at the beginning to say that if they have the tag "reactivation review" or "review clicked" do not send the review requests. Hopefully this will prevent double-ups! Does anyone else have ideas on how to prevent double-ups? I'm not sure if this is the best method :)
you have 2 workflows, one in each folder that have the same trigger of the negative feedback form received. Won't that trigger both automations so the contact will receive 2 emails thanking them for their feedback and the client will receive 2 internal notifications saying negative feedback has been received? Is this not just a double up? Im a little confused.
But how do you get all those client contacts? And how does this service even work without buying your client and brand new a2p phone #? Because obviously it’s a huge turnoff for clients needing to ditch their old established number.
But if the review campaign funnel link trigger is clicked it doesnt mean that they left a positive review. Shouldnt the other google review link trigger be used as the trigger to remove them from the review request workflow?
Also Shouldnt i add the google review Trigger link rather than the custom value link to the google review in the 4 star and 5 star url direct action? Im a bit confused about all that...
Hello Daeven. Just a quick question before signing up to your affiliate. Can you give me a list of snapshot vaults that we can use as your affiliate? Dies your repu. Management snapshot is complete for implementation? Thanks again.
on the contest in the workflow #2 could you also add the trigger link of the google reviews link? as it's more clear they left a positive review, no? Thank you
Bro Yes, you can definitely add the Google Reviews link as a trigger in Workflow #2 to make it clearer that a positive review was left. This can be a helpful way to track exactly when and where the review is posted, allowing you to identify which clients have provided positive feedback. You could incorporate a custom URL or a dynamic link that leads directly to the Google Revie\w page. This would ensure that you're not only automating the pocess of requesting the review but also capturing that information to further streamline follow-up actions or trigger other actions based on the feedback received. It’s a good practice to always make sure the workflow reflects all touchpoints and outcomes for a more transparent and efficient reputation management system.
great video! my client has 1000 + clients on his database, how can i add all the contacts to the workflow in drip mode to avoid his number being banned?
Hey @DJ Galvez, Please correct me if I'm wrong. At 2. Review linked clicked (4-5 star) workflow the trigger is wrong. It should be google review trigger link instead of campaign funnel link.
Your trigger to understand the positive review was the funnel page. But all those people will not give positive review, right? So, isn't the people clicking on the 4 and 5 stars link, which is actually the Google review trigger link should have been selected to update opportunities? Am I missing something?
hello i read that taking the negative reviews into a form instead of taking them to goggle is illegal , is that right? + im interested if you do an agency setup with these funnels and automations ( i will pay)
I am completely new to go highlevel, If I want to use reputation management services from go highlevel , Do I need to create a sub account for my client? Or should I register my new client with go high level for a new account?
I'm trying to replicate this but the Image Action ''Go to URL'' doesn't work. Tho it works when I inspect the site from the Funnel Editor but not when going straight to the webaddress. Is this something you have encountered or know a solution to?
how does the business collect [peoples number)} i presonlay would do what you just did but i wont risk review gating. however im wondering how can a business collect peoples numbers
Businesses can collect phone numbers through clear forms on websites or social media, offering incentives for opting in. They can also allow subscriptions for text marketing with explicit consent and easy opt-out options. Also, businesses may collect numbers at events, during online purchases with an optional field at checkout, in surveys or feedback forms, and for appointment confirmations, always ensuring transparency and compliance with privacy laws to avoid legal issues.
Yes, GoHighLevel supports integration with popular CRMs such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and ActiveCampaign. Also, you have the flexibility to create custom integrations with other CRMs using Zapier. This allows you to streamline your workflow and connect GoHighLevel with the CRM that your client uses.
I would love a snapshot this is different from the rate us from 1-5 vid…getting lost at conditions or if/else branch but it looks like just need to create a 3 part automation…
Hey man! I run an agency and provide similar services to local businesses like this. I would say you could charge 300 - 500/month for this as part of website management + reputation management. I would charge that per site honestly because you are handling multiple lists and the different lists would all need their own sub accounts. Hope that helps!
That's incorrect. 1) Yelp is the only company who does not allow incentives. 2)If you watched the video, you would know that there is no "Incentivizing". Requesting a Google review via email (or text, proving SMS compliancy is followed) is 100% Google compliant, as long as the business is not "Review Gating"
Just a heads up, this is illegal. It's known as review gating... the FTC is cracking down on this type of deceptive business practices. Also not allowed to offer an incentive for leaving reviews, i.e. paying for positive reviews. Please let me know if you know otherwise, I'd love to be able to do this for my clients but its simply not legal from what I've read.

This is correct. I took #2 and #3 out of the folder and only have one of each created.
But how do you get all those client contacts? And how does this service even work without buying your client and brand new a2p phone #? Because obviously it’s a huge turnoff for clients needing to ditch their old established number.
for the part where it says contact tag with review link clicked at the end part of the video how do i setup that because you didn't show it?
Love the video! Quick question, do you have a set up guide to make a form like the one you have? Cheers

Hi, do you need a secondary email to run this campaign?
how does the business collect [peoples number)} i presonlay would do what you just did but i wont risk review gating. however im wondering how can a business collect peoples numbers

Have you Done Reputation Management for your clients?
Great video. Is it possible to connect the clients crm so that once a clients customer got serviced they automatically receive the review mail?
Yes, GoHighLevel supports integration with popular CRMs such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and ActiveCampaign. Also, you have the flexibility to create custom integrations with other CRMs using Zapier. This allows you to streamline your workflow and connect GoHighLevel with the CRM that your client uses.

What method do you use to select a winner for the Amazon gift card ?
He just chooses one randomly
@MroLdsma no raffle name / number wheel etc ?
@@1uniquez he doesn't show anything in the video , I think he just picks one and that is the winner
There are free raffle pickers online
How much should I charge for this type of service? Also, if the company has multiple locations, how do you tackle that fee wise?
Hey man! I run an agency and provide similar services to local businesses like this. I would say you could charge 300 - 500/month for this as part of website management + reputation management. I would charge that per site honestly because you are handling multiple lists and the different lists would all need their own sub accounts. Hope that helps!
Do you offer 30-day free trials?
You would be lucky to find one client that would pay $500 a month for reputation management.
Thats why you have to add the complete Local SEO Package
It's against Google guidelines to promote incentives for users to leave a review.
If you get caught they will close your google business account
That's incorrect. 1) Yelp is the only company who does not allow incentives. 2)If you watched the video, you would know that there is no "Incentivizing". Requesting a Google review via email (or text, proving SMS compliancy is followed) is 100% Google compliant, as long as the business is not "Review Gating"
Hey, I tried this but the 3rd automation did not fire, when I added the trigger link as custom value for the GMB link. Is there a way to change it?
Just a heads up, this is illegal. It's known as review gating... the FTC is cracking down on this type of deceptive business practices. Also not allowed to offer an incentive for leaving reviews, i.e. paying for positive reviews. Please let me know if you know otherwise, I'd love to be able to do this for my clients but its simply not legal from what I've read.
Not legal according to Google's policies. Do not do this.
Its Kinda Sketch
