    For someone first starting out, would you recommend this way of maintaining reputation management, or the other way with the workflows and the snapshot you provided in the other training video? I got your snapshot and everything all set up but then I stumbled across this video doing things completely differently and I just want to know which way you recommend the most. Thanks again!

    Hey, So if you have the SaaS pro plan the reviews ai for replying to reviews is apart of the plan or do you still have to purchase it? Also how does the check in thing work, does go high level have access to their client logs to know who came in for an appointment and who didn't? And also how about the recurring clients for the business will they always get a review link after every visit? Sorry if its stupid questions.

      The review ai feature has been included in the AI Employee bundle. It comes with the starter plan but you still have to pay for usage. As far as people who already left a review you would have to tag those people and then check for the tag before you send out a new request. Thanks for watching.

    Nice video. Is the customer's credit card on file for the email, SMS, and review AI charges, or do you eat that cost with the monthly retainer?

    so how do you go through the process of verifying the toll free number you will use for reputation management?

    according to google policies auto replying by ai is not allowed i am surprised high level gets away with it
