I just wanted to quickly say that I have been sharing your videos with my fellow struggling freelancers, your videos and messages are so real, you never promote get rich quick schemes and you are just awesome, everytime I watch your videos I feel so reassured, it's like someone out there understands me.
I'm always pleasantly surprised how quickly you manage to explain things. Shame you didn't show the finished tier list at the end like another video (but it looked like you intended to but forgot to unblur it?). But yeah, I appreciate how informative and easy to watch your videos are, so thank you :)
How the heck did you come across all these opportunities? In my mind, I would land a gig if I was particularly looking for it. But doing all of these super different tasks, like there must have been a ton of "firsts". Did you intentionally seek out all of these gigs or did they sorta just land in your lap and you were like ..... why not?
I would do a combination of 1) market research (doing research on trends, on demand/supply) , 2) competitor research (talking to people who are already doing this, what are they charging, how are they offering it, etc..) and 3) customer research (get on phone calls with your target client and see if this is a huge problem for them, how much it costs them, etc..)
But honestly, the best way to find out is to test it and then tweak, then test, then tweak and so on and so forth until you get to something that you're really happy about. Nobody starts out with the perfect service - as you can see, I tried tons of things before I found 'my thing'!
@@MyNameIsDeya I am so Grateful to you for the valuable insights 😊 Thanks a lot !! Also i would love to hear it from you about the favourite books suggestions on or around online money making & solopreneurs..
That depends heavily on who your target clients are & where they spend their time. Also, Linkedin is more of an active approach to client acquisition aka you're reaching out and engaging with people who may not have a job posted but open to hiring and Fiverr/Upwork are more passive aka you're waiting for jobs to be posted. I always recommend a mix of the two strategies to ensure you're casting the biggest net.

Linda!!!!! 🥺 Thank you so much & that means more than you know. I'm so glad the videos are valuable to you!
Love how you compared managing remote teams to herding cats 😅
Hahaha it really feels like that sometimes! :D

Interesting Video ,
You seem like not an evil person. I like that.
I started with transcription and still to that for one client ;) they are usually 1,5 webinars that I’m interested in so it’s not that painful ;)
Ok, and I hate all your favourite tasks 😂
how did you land this task/role?
Cool video

Hopefully, these were not too irrelephant on your way to flying to where you want to go while still having an ear to what's going on in the biz!
Hi, my girlfriend is just starting her freelance career. I'm just wondering if you have a good guide on how to start your career as a, freelancer?
Hi Petel! I just published a video recently on it -- th-cam.com/video/yJJBPvpEPmk/w-d-xo.html hope that helps her! :)

bluring out was a bad idea (i think)
Too much best thing ... if almost everything VERY VERY good then neither of them that good.
cheers
Is LinkedIn is more valuable than Fiver, Upwork to get clients.
