You have a real gem. I have always liked the V/P they were mini Roll's Royce's with good quality leather and woodwork. I remember when they were new they would be delivered to the dealership in a heavy duty delivery wax that needed chemical degreasers to remove to make fit for the showroom. On the chrome there was a linen material applied with heavy duty wax to protect them. You got a real bargain and even more when you consider they then rebuilt the engine and gearbox. Very honest and decent of them. i always like the 1300 VP as well and would have liked one when i was younger.
The leather still has that unmistakable smell, I can only imagine what they were like when brand new! Thanks for your comment, the journey has just begun with this one 👍🇬🇧

This map show somehow reminded me of the good old Top Gear challenge animated maps, we used to see in their episodes. You did it not worse, especially considering you’re not BBC with their enormous budgets. Well done, sir!
