    When I scrolling my youtube
    I found your channel suddenly
    I don't know why I subscribed to your channel immediately by only watching your photo and description of the channel
    After 2-3 days I started watching your some video on topic related to a personal growth .
    When I saw more 2-3 video on same topic, I found your old vedoes when you explain that you suffering form overthinking, negativity thought loop , judgement by society , under confident , shy and many challenges.
    You don't believe but I am just (almost copy) like you as a person. and I started implementing what you just say
    Like keep it normal , daaro mat , aapne aap se bahot jayada ummid mat rakho , starting will take time many more pieces of advice .
    Thank you big sister, for guidaning me in this topics and I really thank to you from bottom of my heart.
    Nowadays , I follow your video on a different topic and take pieces from it improving my life

    I was also dealing with such negative emotions like comparison and jealously...and before I watched your this video I realised that ENVIRONMENT also has a great impact on emotions...like my parents and relatives usually say that you have to top like my cousins did...and this forces me compare with my other friends who are toppers...now I realised that I set a goal of 98 % which is totally unrealistic...😅😅I will definitely try to be a better version of myself 💙💙💙 thanks Drishti Dii🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻

    Meri mental health ek ladki ne kharab kar di thi... bahut jayda overthinking, Depression,mood swings or study pe focus nahi ho pa Raha tha...3 month tak pura overthinking ho rahi thi...but main ne professional ko bataya ki ae sari chjii ho gayi thi..or ab medicine leke thoda sahi ho gayi Hain...so mental health is important guy's 😊

    I was also at the same situation as u were but now I think I totally changed my mind set you know I was the person who tried t o think about others like ki bhai iski life mein kya chal raha hai yah kya kar raha hai but now I literally transformed my mentality where today I literally don't care I am doing my best I just journalize all the things also I was the person who try saying about others ki meri life mein success hona chahie mein koi aage badhana hai etc and all of that but now I literally don't care sach mein mere mein itna bada change hona ki main kya hi batao and only and only by just journalling ...... Jin logon ke sath mein compare karti thi main mere ko UN logon ke sath Maine Aaj bolna start Kiya hai tujhse mere ko bahut help Hui hai jitna aap logon se acche rahoge utna aap unse connect ho gaya aur utna aap unke bare mein Bura sochana kam karoge ultimately when you try to cheat other person ultimately it works on you only this thing today I literally deep down known ..... I didn't did any so party now but I just tried some small small things about others person and it's real that Karma is real and when you try to cheat other person that ultimately comes on you only from that I recently started to think about others a good things and when I think about others that ultimately come on me that everything which I have you know said about other person that comes in my life that's the thing that universe teaches you

    this video makes sense! even i used to feel useless but i deleted instagram 2 months ago because i was fed up. I also started writing and posting articles on 'Medium' since writing is an hobby of mine but i never pursued it. By doing this, i garnered an audience which gives me constructive criticism and I'm able to improve in my hobby, plus i don't compare myself to others due to the deletion of social media. Its wonderful!
